Love Showpo!
Showpo has so many cute outfits all of my new clothes are bought from them. The app is nice because my cart will be saved for a while as I’m shopping and I can always come back to it. Their styles are so cute and everything about the app is simple and easy to navigate through.
I love the app, but...
I recently discovered Showpo, and am super impressed with all the cute clothes they have(and for reasonable prices)! I haven’t ordered anything yet, but I was in the process of checking out when the app totally glitched out! All of my favorited items and anything that was in my bag is now gone and it says that I haven’t added anything. It’s not a huge deal to me(the clothes are still there lol), but that might be something for the people on tech to look into!:P

This is not about the app, it’s about the brand itself. It would be great you can add reviews for each item. It would be si helpful bc the 3 dresses I’ve ordered have a way to big cleavage. Everything fits perfect, I ordered size 0, but the cleavage is way too big. Plus, it’s so unfair that you charge for a return. Just so many little things that makes me don’t buy again from you guys.

Hello I absolutely love this app but lately the new update is not working for me it won’t let me log into my account to check out I would love it if that could get fixed immediately so I can continue shopping on my favorite store.
Lovely clothes
I love all of Showpo clothes; I just wish the skirts were shorter for girls that are 5’0 and under. Moreover I wish the clothes were not super expensive and could have for instance more $15 tops!! If there were more discounted tops for sure though I would had definitely bought more clothes!!!
Showpo experience
I have truly enjoyed scrolling through this app and adding pieces to my favorites list. I found a beautiful outfit I will be wearing to family Easter. This is my new favorite shopping app!

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT
I ordered 2 e-gift cards, which should be simply sent through email and done with, but instead I have been spending the last 2 days contacting customer service asking for the confirmation email they didn’t send, why my order is on hold and how much longer this oddly difficult process will take so I can receive the gift cards that I’ve already paid for! Also, their 24/7 customer service is a lie because apparently no one can help you until they’ve gotten feedback from the main team members who work Monday-Friday, so they’re completely useless unless it’s a weekday within office hours. Definitely won’t be buying anything from here after I’m done with those gift cards, if I ever get them!

I needed to quickly order for an upcoming event but my store credit wasn’t fully processed yet but the customer service guy was so nice and helped me so i could get my dress on time!!
No discount for using app
Why do showpo coupons that say if you use the app you’ll get a discount? They don’t work. Also, by signing up for emails/your first purchase only getting 10%off if you spend over $100… that’s not any deal … 10% is small enough and should be on ANY FIRST ORDER.
