Literally does not work
The app literally does not work. Not only does it error out showing the “not connected to the internet” message as other users mentioned, but also when it does finally connect, you cannot sign up properly because of their mandatory field: “card issued by country”, where the Dropdown Menu is blank. This is such a disappointment given how expensive the card fees are.
App Doesn’t Work
Can’t even register. As stated in other reviews the app asks for country of card issuance and that is a required field that does not work. In other reviews Mastercard responded and claimed it was the local banks fault but that doesn’t make any sense. Don’t know how this app has been around for this long with such dramatic issues.
USA not available
I can’t register my USA Card because USA is not in the available countries listI could register my Jordan card, and logged in and it seems good app and servicePlease add USA to the countries list
Absolutely useless - not surprised though
Another HSBC winner! Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Would you really want to trust your credit card details to an app like this that does not work? If they can’t even make a simple app work, how on earth are they going to protect your information?
Apple wallet support
The app is good with basic feature , it does what it’s suppose to do. My only complaint is why the card is not compatible with Apple or Google Wallet. Because honestly I would rather have all my digital cards in one place rather than juggling between apps or screenshots to just access my cards
Not functional
App has multiple bugs and is not functional. Quite embarrassing to have such a crude app released to the public without any obvious testing of functionality and removal of bugs in advance. When trying to register as a new user, I keep getting an automatic error message every 10 secs and there are no countries listed in the drop-down list for the Card Issuance
Low performance
Application not open properly. Always said no net connection or time out or try in one minute or try later . No benefit if this application always not working. You may need to fix bugs ?? Upgrade you application. You may want to add face recognition . No body want to face this problem in front of airport lounges receptionist, and waist their time because your application not perform properly.
Same time out issue that others have
Doesn’t work. Issuing bank says to contact developer. One would think that this would’ve been tested before it was deployed.
Doesn’t list many countries
Not sure if this is intentional, but the app itself doesn’t list any western countries to select when trying to register. So no, contacting your bank (as seems to be a common Dev response) will NOT solve an in-app issue.
App not available in App Store search
App does not show up in App Store search, getting error message that app is not available in my region. Tried both United States and United Arab Emirates region options.
