Terrible

Very misleading. I started this as an offer from HSBC for 2 visits with a guest each time. Well, they took both visits when I was only there once with my wife, then charged me for my children but didn’t say anything until I saw the bill on my credit card. This was deliberately misleading by HSBC and Lounge Key. Very unprofessional. Even when I called Lounge Key to see if this could be resolved, I’ll I got was “sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. I won’t ever use this service again. They’re not trustworthy.

What have you done?

It took me a few hours to login. Finally got in, but the app didn’t load any lounges. Tried to save the card in wallet, the option now disappeared. Reinstalled the app, now cannot login again.

No lounges I’ve found so far.

Been to seven major airports and only Miami hasany lounge access. Nashville, Washington DC, Denver, nothing. Just a few useless coupons for juice and massages. Utterly useless. The three times I tried to use it in Miami they said they were full. Major disappointment.

Last update screwed everything up.

Today update (Jan 21) made the app almost unusable, most of the lounges don’t appear listed in the app, nearest airport feature doesn’t work.

You gotta sign in every single day, the App continuously sign out the user.There is not Apple Wallet link anymore.Comparing to similar Apps at this level is under (really under) the average.Is is too difficult to benchmark?

App might be good but product is a scam

Doesn’t work/exist in the real world. Certain banks use it to falsely advertise & Mastercard to falsely lure consumers. Can confirm.So this is what happens:1) Get lured & get the card2) Call bank to get this activated; they redirect you to Mastercard.3) Mastercard says we have no idea, call your bank.4) Bank asks you to reach back to Mastercard & you’re stuck in a loop.Classic case of a redirection scam.Now, that said, you are probably better off getting an Amex since in my experience they are much more reliable for lounge access, other travel benefits & have much superior customer service than Mastercard(even World Elite MasterCards are pretty bad), should such an issue ever arise.
