Doesn’t recognize my card
Wanted to access a lounge in Colombia, tried to synch my card as my bank instructed me to and it says it doesn’t recognize my card… Buggy….
No network connection?
You can’t connect to the app. Forever failure message of not connected
Network error
Impossible to log in in the app. “Network connection error” all the time.
The platform doesn’t work
Despite the first login the app prompts multiple times to login again during a regular process, this make the user experience inefficient and slow. Anything but use friendly.
Terrible service and communication with third party services
I booked a taxi service to the airport and got a confirmation message. The taxi never arrived and when I contacted visa they never gave me an explanation and told me they didn’t have my information on their system.
Terrible user experience
After every update simply loses all user login info. Face ID stops working and you need to inform user login data manually. And also the credit card number again. Awful when you are at the lounge door and have to search for this data supposedly to be persistent on the app.
