Thieves

They will take your money and run. The free trial is a fantasy because in order to cancel you need to get in touch with them and they simply never reply. I feel completely robbed as the money was taken even though I asked to cancel multiple times. They say that “it will take up to 96 hours to reply” it’s been over a week. I feel literally robbed. They’re preying on people who just want a little help in their lives and who struggle with ADHD. *update - the developer seems to have time to reply here but I have submitted 3 tickets and it was weeks ago now and no reply there. Nothing. No confirmation of cancellation. No money back from their imaginary free trial. Funny how when it’s public your response is timely.

The first time you have a chance at the top is the second one you get a free pass and you can go on your way back and then go to your car to go back to your house to pick it out or go back and then come to the bottom and get the rest and you get the rest you need and you get a chance for a second one to go to your friends car so I don’t have any problems getting you back in there so I’m going

Great app! Helps me take care of myself and be more productive! Let’s you have as many habits you want for free. Very easy to manage to. When you got a task done you click the check mark and you fell so good doing it. I also love the little icons. If you need help being more productive and need a schedule I would recommend this for you!

Don’t be fooled

The free trial lasts 3 days and when I tried to cancel the amount of pop ups and lack of clarity in the app made it impossible. I suddenly got the auto renewal and when asked for a refund because the app is the most annoying user experience of my life they refused. I am glad credit cards can stop horrible services that will never be used. If they had solved my issue I would have refrained from telling everyone all the horrible issues the app has. For adhd folks answering a million questions before getting down to business, a lack of clear areas where to look at your account, countless videos and animations before you get to do anything related to habit creation or tracking

Thieves ! They will stall when requesting a refund

Long story short they are thieves. Their ads are deceptive and they claim to offer a money back guarantee. However when requesting the refund and cancel subscription, they just keep stalling. They ask for my email, then the last 4 digits of the card number, now they are asking for a “bank receipt to prove the transaction but a screenshot doesn’t count.” What in the actual heck? You want a bank receipt to verify the transaction? I am a business owner myself and know very well that you can EASILY refund with JUST email, and in some rare cases you may need name and last 4 digits of the card. At this point though it’s obvious that they are stalling to try and keep my money and subscription. Ridiculous. Be warned, they will steal your money and it’ll be a huge PITA trying to get a refund.

Please do not use.

So full transparency,I’ve never actually used to the service but I bought the service. I purchased the three day trial for one dollar and i thought, cool this is going to be something new but i soon noticed that for you to cancel your subscription you would have to email them directly. Tell me that it’s been a week and no response about waiting to cancel my subscription but an email reminder letting me know that I’m not forgotten keep in mind the website said 24 hour response time but the email I’ve gotten said 96 hours. If it wasn’t for the comment before mines, I wouldn’t have noticed.I wouldn’t recommended this app

Getting my health back on track

This app is really helping me develop habits that I have been lacking my entire life. I’ve always been a giver, but never took time to give to myself. This helping me to build wise and crucial habits for my life as I am trying to improve my quality of life by losing weight and engaging in more self-care. I love this app!

No free trial

I didn’t get the free trial and I’m stuck with a year subscription. The trial would have been nice. I found some useful things but not enough for me to warrant the subscription. I tried to reach out for a refund because I wasn’t given the free 3 day trial only to be told I needed to contact someone else. Very unclear who to contact with glitches and from a business stand point, they received my money they should be able to refund it.

Fraudulently Charge Account

I immediately canceled the free trial and never subscribed; yet I have been fraudulently charged three separate times from July 2022-October 2022. I do not want or use this app. I have reached out to their “support” and to no avail I’m still waiting for my full refund and for them to stop charging me. I’ve contacted Habio support, Apple and my bank who all say to contact Habio to be removed from their list of being charged and to cease all possible future fraudulent charges. I want my money back that you fraudulently stole from me. The Habio support does nothing to help, I’ve already tried that multiple times and to no resolution.

Not impressed

I paid for this app based on its reviews and to see the content. Once I was in, I tried to like it and make it work for me because I really wanted it to. Less than one hour later when I tried to cancel my subscription and get my money back because I couldn’t get into the app, I was told by people at the app that they cannot refund my money and that Apple must do it. Apple has made it far less than easy to get my money back. Guess I’m out the money. While this app may be good for some, it is not designed for everyone. Beware of what you are paying for.
