This app is life-changing!

I struggle with schedules and consistency, so I’ve been looking for a simple and free app like this for a long time that makes it easy to keep up with a daily routine. I love that it gives you the ability to create both a morning and an evening routine. I was expecting just a general daily routine, but this is better. It also let’s you do a simple self analysis that keeps you aware of your progress. Sometimes I wish there were more features, but I also think that would make the app more overwhelming to keep up with. I’ve tried other apps where that has been the case and I would eventually just stop using them all together because I couldn’t keep up. I definitely recommend this at for anyone who wants to keep up with simple daily routines and be more consistent. It’s helped me a lot.

Great app

I really like this app! It helps me with my daily routine since I work from home (sometimes I can forget even the smallest things to do!!). I give it four stars because there are two things I really wish could be a thing: 1. Push notifications to remind me to log things. I am in the habit of opening this app in the mornings now, but before, I had to set an alarm because push notifications aren’t available. And 2. Being able to go back and log prior days. I sometimes forget to log parts of my nighttime routine since I’m tired and getting ready for bed. I wake up the next day and realize that I didn’t log one or two things that I did but I can’t find a way to go back and check them off. With a type A personality, it drives me a bit crazy! Because I like to check things off. I think those two things would be a great update to the app but other than that, it really is a great app!

DOWNLOAD THIS!!!

so i’ve been trying to find a self care app for a while and nothing seemed to do what i wanted unless i paid for a subscription. me being a stressed college student who doesn’t have the money to go out and buy a subscription couldn’t find the app that was for me. this app literally is the best app i’ve ever used. it asks unique questions for when i go to bed and wake up to reflect on how i’m doing. not doing so well and feeling stressed? don’t worry this app will support you and give you an inspirational quote. feeling great and at your best? this app will congratulate you for your hard work! the habit tracker is great because you can pick ones that are goals and challenge yourself which is really cool, and maintain the good habits you always do! my only suggestion is that i wish we could customize some of our habit trackers and have 1-2 we can type in because there are some things that i do that aren’t listed on here. other than that, this app is amazing!!!!!

Genuinely good

I’ve only had this app for a couple of days and i can already tell that this is amazing. I love that it doesn’t “force” you to do some many things like of what you “absolutely should be doing”. But it also isn’t a completely like a do it yourself kinda way where you’d have to put in every building habit yourself. This app actually gives you really good and healthy suggestions to do. I like the mood board, and how they are all implemented to each habit/routine. And there isn’t any reprimand for not doing one of your habits like if you accidentally miss it. Most other apps would completely lose your streak for the whole week. But instead it just reminds you of your routine at the same time you’ve set it for. And you can mark off which things you’ve done in your listed order do everything feels organized already. The other apps that that i’ve had are nowhere near as good as this one. 10/10 would totally recommend.

This is going to be a great app!

I recently downloaded this app and have been exploring it for a little bit now. I really like the general idea of the app, and keeping a routine that makes me healthy and happy is always something I have struggled with. I think that while this app is still new however that there are some things that could improve it. As of now the app only allows routines for morning and night, I think that adding in something along the lines of goals for during the day or even a midday routine would be helpful as well. Eating a healthy lunch, going for a walk, drinking water are some ideas. I think if there was also a space for writing a reflection of your day at the night just being able to talk about what you did accomplish and what you didn’t would be a great idea as well! Overall love the app and the idea, the design of the app is beautiful. Cheers

Great for building healthy habits in small ways

Fairly new to using this app but a little in love with it. I’m someone that’s always struggled with maintaining any kind of routine but over the last week this app has been incredibly helpful. The design is nice and simple (love the colors and ability to switch between routines) and is a part of my day I look forward to when it’s time to turn in. Being able to check off simple tasks like just drinking water, stretching, etc. has been great for building a healthier routine.Only critique would be for a way to make the awake period more customizable. I work nightshifts and don’t normally get around to my evening/night routine until 5-6am, so being able to lock the night routine and reflections for a specific period of time would be great! It’s a little thing but other than that love the app!

So far I love it!

I’ve had this app for two weeks now to track myself. I suffer with depression, OCD, PTSD and all of those have caused Anxiety. Having this app to keep track of my mood, my habits, and also to give me little pep talks has been wonderful. There aren’t a thousand ads, and the interface is so simple to use. If this app ever goes behind a paywall or leaves the App Store, I will be heartbroken. You can set your own preferred routine tasks and check them off every morning and night. The little check helps me be consistent, and I’ve been getting more sleep than ever. This has led to improved mood, decreased anxiety, and even a better cope on my OCD. I don’t get overwhelmed so easily, which has stopped my repetitive behaviors. I promise this is NOT a paid review. This is the first time an app has helped me to feel like I am truly living, and not just surviving against my illness. I know it sounds stupid, but if you are depressed or anxious you will understand.

Simple and Clean

I often feel depressed in the morning so I wanted something that would motivate me to get up and get moving. I liked the idea of trying a beta app because it’s a little rough around the edges, just like me. So far it has been very easy to use and not at all overwhelming or stressful like some of the other popular apps I’ve tried. I like the clean design as well as the insights that are provided. I only wish there were a few more activities offered within the app, such as suggestions for stretches, journaling prompts, a place to record dreams, breathing exercises, or even a simple game that you can play to relax. I have also had issues with getting the app to sync to my time zone, but I imagine once the full version is available, they will have worked out these kinks and added more features :)

Best free and easy routine tracker!

My name is Aliyah and im a high school student, I was in search of a routine tracker for my morning and night routine. I wanted something that allowed me track each day what I did, make a morning and night routine on the same app and be able to make a list in order that I could simply check off. It met every requirement. This app lets you have a simple night and day list that is very easy to switch between. You can even set notifications that will remind you when you want to start your list. The lists are very easy to put together considering they give you some ideas of what to put down and you can create your own. From what I know there is no limit to how long your list can be. There is a nightly reflection that helps tracks your wellness that I find to be very helpful with taking a moment to check in with yourself. In conclusion I just tried this app today and I love it, if you want an easy simple morning and night routine list this is the one!

MY FAVORITE APP / NO SUBSCRIPTIONS

Let me just start off by saying I have never written a review for ANYTHING. Especially an app. But OH MY GOSH I LOVE THIS APP. I have a lifelong tendency to forget daily self care habits and I've been needing a cute app that has it all in one place, which this app does! But the true selling point that got me to write this review, is that there are NO in app purchases or subscriptions!!!! There are millions of habit tracking apps on the App Store but typically all of the cute / best ones cost close to $60 A YEAR. I don't know about you, but I don't have that kind of money to remember to wash my face or write a to do list everyday. But in this app, you don't have to pay for special features or anything! Thank you so much care/of! (This makes me want to start purchasing your vitamins and other products!)P.S... I also absolutely adore your daily reflections feature! ❤️❤️
