Excellent App!

This is a highly functional, easy -to-use and fun app! You can zoom in as you work. You can swipe across the screen to get a real sense of the design and final product - the front image, back text and envelope! The app is graphically clean and simple, so it is a perfect palette. Quick and easy to create your 'greeting' anywhere and anytime.

Excellent quality and customer service

I’ve used this app for the past few years for holiday cards, birth announcements, etc. The quality of the cards is excellent and they have wonderful customer service if you encounter any issues. I wish there were more options to customize text in some of the card templates, but their offerings are still superior to any other website or program I’ve found. I have been really pleased.

Unfortunately cannot recommend this app

I was very excited to support a smaller, woman-led team this holiday season. However, not only did the app glitch while I was processing my order, I have yet to receive any sort of communication from the company. The only confirmation I received was my credit card being charged. I was able to reach someone through their Instagram page but that was after numerous attempts to contact via email. Not sure if they have my email wrong or what but it’s correct when I log onto the app. I was notified today by UPS that a shipment label was created. Luckily via Instagram communication again, I was able to confirm the tracking number and those are in fact my holiday cards. Took longer than the 3-5 business days to process, which I would be so much more understanding if it weren’t for all the other issues. Hopefully my feedback helps them to fix their glitches. I was never given any sort of shipping info/selection while checking out. The app just glitched and a copy of my card appeared so I could save it. There’s no way to access order info on the app and again, something must be wrong with their emailing systems.

Happy with the service but not the app

The app needs to Save where you last left off when switching apps. I had to re-type all the text and re-arrange the photos several times because it didn’t save it. I didn’t close the app, I just got a phone call. I wasted so much time re-doing everything and wanted to use another app/company but was too far down the rabbit hole. I ended up ordering a set of postcards with some typos and had to order and pay again. Please FIX this or add this functionality.

Makes personal greeting cards easy

I've used this app for a few years of holiday cards and I love it. It has just enough bells and whistles to feel personal, without being too complicated or overwhelming. Card quality is excellent and I love the design of the card templates. My only wish is that Print Studio had Greetings on desktop, too.

Amazing potential but very buggy

Love all of the card designs !!! So many options, and way fresher/more interesting/more inclusive than anything on other card making platforms. I also appreciated how a lot of them are fully customizable, even the large text. However I was sad that you couldn’t save a work-in-progress to come back to later. The app also crashed a lot. I also had to attempt the final submission of the payment/order approx 30 times before it succeeded. I am already a loyal social print customer so I knew the product itself would be super high quality, so I pushed through.. but if I had never heard of the company before or seen their amazing products or experienced their outstanding customer service, I would have been deterred by the bugginess of the app.

Love the company, app leaves a lot to be desired

I absolutely love the company and order from them every year. But I wish they offered 1. And option to favorites card styles/layouts so you could save for comparison and, more importantly 2. Allow you to save progress. I had to retype the text on my card numerous times because the app would time out and dump me off. I also couldn’t copy and paste text in to save time/trouble. That said, the product quality and attention to detail SPS offers is stellar and I will continue purchasing their products. Just wish there were improvements to the app (and also that they’re were not multiple apps!).

All my Christmas cards

...are done through Social Print Studio. I trust them with so many things: sharing my future with friends and family, spelling the name of my cat correctly, in addition to not spreading my priceless pictures all over the Dark Web. I have used them for the past four Holiday seasons, and also for printing beautiful captures to be used in photo albums and gifts. Can’t recommend them enough.

It’s Been Several Years

I have been using Social Print App for several years now like 8-10. Love the fact they are a small company! Quality is A plus, shipping is fast and well packaged. The Greetings App was a little slow but after all it is Black Friday. Thank you for keeping my memories beautiful!!

Amazing

I can't not express just how amazing this company and the products they produce are!! I absolutely loved my sticker books! They worked out perfectly for my save the dates! I had a few questions and was emailed almost instantly with the answers to my question! Not only was the email professional but I felt like an old friend was messaging me, GREAT customer service!!!
