Try it for business relationships!

I recently took on a sales role. As I visit my customers, I take photos of their facilities as well as the staff. After I leave, I create a post card and write a personal thank you note letting them know I appreciate them and the time they spent with me. The ability to sign my own name at the end gives it a personal touch. A few days later when they receive the post card, I always get a call thanking me for such a great way to stay in touch. Everyone loves to still get actual mail, especially when the images are all about them and their place of business.Thank you Postsnap for developing such an easy-to-use relationship builder. Great For Travel and Summer Camp

I have really enjoyed using this app while my 3 children attend summer camp in another country. Being able to send them my own photos directly from my phone has saved me the hassle of tracking down international postage or a trip to a mailbox. I'm able to write them each a short note every day and include a photo of something silly or showing what their Dad & I are up to at home. Or simply their pets sleeping on their bed missing them. Buying Postsnap credit in bulk in advance keeps the cost of each card reasonable, and I can write the cards anywhere anytime. (Riding on the bus or tube)After using it for camp, I immediately saw the value of using it when traveling, as well. Most of my friends are on social media, but Postsnap is fantastic for sending photo cards to my 92 year old Father-In-Law, to keep him in the loop of where we are and the sites we're seeing; or even just to share current photos of the kids. Even my connected friends like a hard copy for the fridge! This is a great app. Simple to use. Fun.

So far...

... so good! I’ve just sent my first “large” postcard off so I won’t have any idea how the printing looks until a week from now, if it is in fact delivered in a timely manner to arrive to its destination within the next 7 days. Other than that, the process is super user-friendly and what I supremely love about this particular postcard app is how it allows customer to both have prepaid credits as well as the option to pay straight from our PayPal or debit/credit cards in case we might want to save our prepaid credits for another time, perhaps when money gets tight or something.I also like how the creators of this app allow customers to prepay as low as $10; there are two sizes of postcard as of 8/9/18, the average postcard is $2-something and they offer a “large postcard”, which costs $3-something. I don’t know exactly how big the large is seeing as the creator provides millimeters and no use of inches whatsoever and I don’t know how to calculate metric off the top of my head, but I’m hoping the size is at least half bigger than an average postcard— we will find out sooner or later :-)

SO AMAZING

This app is killer! Very fun! Plus, I’m a photographer and it’s great to be able to send postcards of my work to loved ones. There are other apps like this, Touch Note is one I used to use, but it’s more expensive, you have to sign up for a monthly payment plan/subscription, and you can’t put a little pic of yourself & your signature on the back like you can with this app. Plus, the prepay & save option in this app is great, and there are different fonts you can choose for the text, and there is the option of choosing a larger sized postcard (which is unusual & very cool).Especially in this Pandemic, stay in touch in a fun way, and it’s ALWAYS fun for someone to receive mail, especially such personalized postcards! Little gifts your friends/family can put on the fridge or in a frame. My worst problem is that it’s so fun to pick the pics & who to send them to, it’s like an addiction at this point, lol!*Just make SURE you have the pic the way you want, and the address with you at the time of browsing or ordering to enter - once you proofread your card & it’s in your cart, you CANNOT change it unless you erase it & start over. You can’t even flip it over to remember what you wrote in the postcard or update the writing - it’s a little weird, but as long as you know that going in, it’s fine. I’ve had to erase a couple and start over, but not a huge deal.

Ok. Love the idea

I was looking for something to send personalized post cards while on a trip instead of the generic cards from the gift store. I sent myself a test card from home to home. I selected a photo from my phone and just put the date and time on the back for the text. I created the card at 7:30 on a Friday night. I received the card in the mail 11 days later on a Tuesday. Comparing the photo card to the photo on my camera the color seemed a little bit off, it had a greenish tint to the photo. And on the top line of text the ink was very faded and it looked like an eraser sort of rubbed through it. Technically you could read it and I suppose it could’ve happened from all the sorting machines it goes through.I’m not sure how good this will be to use on an actual vacation unless you take your photos and send them the first day you’re there. Or they wouldn’t get there until after you are home for a typical 7 to 10 day vacation. If you don’t mind your postcards getting to your friends and family after you’re home then I think this is really cool. Being able to personalize a postcard is a great idea. And not having to buy tokens to use is even better. The pay as you use it is a great option. I’ll probably keep the app. No vacations planned in the near future but hope to remember that I hsve it next summer.

Postsnap is amazing

I travel a lot for work and it’s been my practice to send postcards to family and friends so they get to see the places I go and they know where I am. Sometimes I send as many as 100 postcards from places I’m visiting. The challenge has always been getting to a place I can purchase postcards AND getting to a place to buy stamps. My son saw this app and loaded up some money into the account for me. Now I can easily snap a picture, including making it more personalized, write out my message to the recipient, easily access my address book to complete the postcard and press submit. Postsnap does the rest. My friends are loving the cards, and I’m so impressed with the quality. I feel like this app was created just for me! Thank you Postsnap.

Love it, so easy!!

I've always hated trying to send postcards while on vacation (find stamps, find mailboxes), but I know how much family loves to get them. Now PostSnap makes it SO easy! And million times more special. I love taking our favorite pictures from the road and sending them out as custom cards to the grandparents and cousins! The trick is to pre pre-fill your address book accordingly and register your credit card with the app. Then it's so quick and easy to spontaneously send notes and cards. It feels so great to send real mail to loved ones. And everyone who has gotten one loves them. Print and card quality is very good as well. This is the perfect partnership of old school traditions and today's technology. Thank you PostSnap!

Easy, simple, quick way to send a postcard

I have used the Postsnap app about 4 times now, and love how simple it is to find what I need. The app takes you through the process of creating a card, asking you to choose photos, add text, and I like having the address book feature. I also like the Prepay credit feature. I entered all addresses into my address book so I can quickly type up a message and insert an address, then send off my card without having to enter in my payment info. I have seen the finished products and they are really nice postcards with high-quality images. I am out of country for a few months right now, so the Postsnap service and app are invaluable to me as I want to keep in touch with my family but don’t want to deal with foreign postal services.

Horrible Customer Service

Signed up with pre-pay and realized later I made an error in my email address. Tried to fix it in my profile with no luck. Sent an email to the company “Chat With Us” with no response. One of two first orders never arrived. Sent another email. No response. Sent follow-up emails to the first couple. No response. Finally emailed through another route yesterday. Still no response. Absolutely the worst customer service. It may be a system glitch, but that’s no excuse. Had to place the second order again, which was horrible because it was a condolence card with a photo of my friend and his brother who just passed away from COVID-19 and the photo was supposed to be used in a memorial mural. I’d give them minus stars if I could.

Wanted this to be a great app……but

This app has all sorts of great potential written all over it but the user interface is extremely clunky. e.g. When trying to type in the main text field the font choices box takes up half the screen, covering up much of what you are actually trying to type. No way that I could find to hide it once your selection of fonts is made. The front of the postcard offers an option to add text - great. The problem is after adding it you can’t go on unless you also select a photo. What is the point? And by the way you better get the aspect ratio exactly right or you have all sorts of issues trying to get what you want included. What are the aspect ratios on the photos? Who knows….not listed or shown anywhere, so you just have to guess and edit photos in your photo editor by trial and error. Great idea…..poor execution.
