Nothing received to send art

I waited well over a week to complain regarding the fact I hadn’t received a shipping container for my custom art (included with purchase). They assured me it was as an innocent mistake by their shipping partner and I’d received a new container on 4/12 (at least they gave me a tracking number). It still isn’t here (11pm 4/13). Tracking shows my initial “ship to Framebridge” container might be here 4/19. Over 3 weeks after first ordering and paying, with NO updates from the company. I order originally hoped to frame a custom piece of art gifted to me by my best friend. I’m extremely disappointed. No $300 art guarantee really means anything when art is true to your heart and when the company can’t even care enough about you or your art to give you updates. Do not use if you care about your art.

No Expectations Met, Poor Support

Although this is a good idea, the execution misses the mark. Everything went fine until I shipped in the prints and artwork with instructions. Instructions were not followed (I even followed up with support who assured me there would be no issue - lie #1), which resulted in me receiving all 3 prints framed incorrectly. The process also take A LOT longer than quoted (when I complained, they told me they would over night ship which they did not - Lie #2). Save yourself the inconvenience of a 5 week turn around to receive everything wrong and find a local framing shop. Zero stars if I could - no expectations met and customer support lies.

Walls went from blank to beautiful!

This app is so easy to use! I uploaded photos straight from my instagram, and previewed my photos is all the frames. You can even preview what the framed photo will look like on your wall. It was actually really fun to design the framing and mat for each photo, they they were only $39 each! They arrived a week after I ordered, and now I have a whole mini gallery wall! Couldn't be happier with framebridge & cant wait to order more photos!!

Excellent Quality and Reliable

I’ve ordered roughly 10 frames from Framebridge and I’m always pleased with the quality of the product. I usually order using files from my IPhoto stream and the picture quality is always great. Once a frame arrived with a crack in the glass, and they sent another frame free of charge. I didn’t even have to return the damaged one. All in all, this is a great innovative company that allows you to use all those great photos on your phone. And they make ordering gifts easy as you can do everything from your phone too!

Glitchy but pretty

This is a nice looking app that is relatively easy to use, but it is very glitchy. It wouldn’t allow me to provide notes to my designer (the keyboard kept closing when I’d click in the text box), but it did allow me to write a gift note. The cursor jumped to various text boxes while I was trying to enter my address and credit card number. And in the end system would only accept a picture of my credit card, not a manual entry of the info. It was super annoying and took twice as long as necessary, but... it looks nice.

Digital Framing Perfection

I have had all of my favorite photos (trained portrait photographer) framed by using this app. I love the flexibility with sizing and frame choice. My frames always come perfectly done. My only complaint is that it can take a few weeks and I have missed gift deadlines because of the wait time. But I keep coming back because the quality of the framing is so consistently good. Try it. You will not be disappointed.

This has quickly become my favorite app!

Having an iPhone 7+ has allowed me to take some fantastic photos, particularly of my family. I’m too busy to go through the hassle of printing the photos and framing them myself- and using a custom service is too costly. After finding this app I’m happy that I can finally get so many of my favorite photos off of my phone and onto my wall. Framebridge is truly disruptive in that it allows you to have high-quality framing of your favorite pics and other items at a very reasonable price.

Amazing!

I love this app and company! You upload a picture of your artwork so they can put it into their frames and you can see the final product examples. Need recommendations? No problem...they will narrow your choices down to 3. Want choice? Check out all 51 options if you like. Want to see how it looks on your wall? Click here! They will print it for you or send you a mailer for original pieces. The final product is immaculate and the price is unbeatable! My love for Framebridge is pure. They are simply the best!

Great Frames, Better Service

This is the ONLY company I will use for my framing needs! The quality of their frames are superior given their incredibly reasonable prices, and their customer service is like none I’ve ever seen. They are fanatical about making you happy! Did I mention the free designer service? This company has a team of amazing designers that will recommend frames and mats for you for FREE. Yes, free! Who does that? I use the service all the time, they’ve earned a customer for life! I hope they add retouching services! :)

Well done!

I had two irreplaceable bathroom tiles from my MIL’s childhood home in Mexico Framebridged as a Christmas gift for my husband—well done! Thank you for having a process in place for shipping irreplaceable items to-and-fro with care. These two tiles are all that was left of that early 1900s home, and made even more sentimental as this was the first Christmas holiday we celebrated since my MIL passed away earlier this year.
