Just terrible

Been trying to use this card for almost a week with no luck. In store. At a gas station. Online. Money transfers. It doesn’t work. And now when I go online to try and cancel and get my $500 back the website keeps crashing and won’t reload unless I close my web browser and then reopen. Then re log in and then crash after about a min or so later. Just don’t buy this crap.

Don’t buy there card

I would not recommend getting this card I’m stuck in Washington family emergency had to have money sent to me I left with nothing not even a wallet so I had to get a card this card they won’t release my money to me because they want proof of who I am wanting to send my money to me in a check to where I live I have my daughter with me we can’t buy food are what we need in this time talk to the person when i called to told me the store can give me the money back I drove in bad weather conditions not safe get there and told I can’t get my money it’s out there hands I sent what I could and still they want my social security card sent as I am not home only left with what I had next day for this emergency they don’t care about anyone they lie and tell you bull don’t get this card you will have nothing but trouble and in the worst part my life they make it that much worse and now my kid and me have to ask for family help to eat due to them not giving me my money they can send a check ok 6 business days to my address as I’m here in Washington DO NOT BUY THERE CARDS go elsewhere to save the problem

Just a waste of money

So I got this card today and put $20 on it just to figure out I need to activate it and to activate it you have to give your social security number which I don’t have at the moment so I can’t activate it and plus I don’t want to give away my info like that that’s how identify theft starts so yeah don’t recommend

Dont buy this card

Do not buy this card, I put it for my son and after we fixed the problem they told me that i could now only spend it online, and everytime I buy something it charges $1 and 50 cents. They also told me that I could pull out money out if the card anymore. It also didnt let me buy something on a app I wanted to use it on. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD

Reaching customer service

It really takes so long to get through the automated system to actually get a human on the telephone to help with an issue and then when you do reach someone you could get disconnected before the issue is resolved. I don’t know about this card if it’s worth actually putting money on it do use as a prepaid debit and it seems like mobile deposit is not even available even though it says it is

This company is a SCAM!

All this company wants is your information (data). They made me fill out all of these forms just to get my $25 gift card activated and it still didn’t work. I’ve even called their customer service more than a few times during business hours and they still never picked up. I still haven’t been able to use my gift card.

Card is complete GARBAGE!!

Useless... customer service has no clue. They block transactions for no rhyme or reason and usually at the worst possible time like when buying food and they say your card has been declined which needless to say is QUITE embarrassing. Find another option, do not even waste any effort with NETSPEND who is the company that made this DISASTER.

Aggressive fee structure. Hard to activate.

I received an inactivity fee of $5.95 before I could even get the card activated because the process was a major pain, REQUIRED that I share all of my private information in non-secure ways (I shouldn’t have to email private documents or share my ssn over the phone— do better.), and be hand verified by a human being that clearly was not in the same country as me.

Do NOT buy a card

There are much better options out there compared to this. Customer service is horrendously pathetic. Activating a card gives you error message after error message. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did and lose your money.

Horrible service

Absolutely the worst! Was not aware that the card cannot be used for minors until after purchase. Then you have to provide them with a social security number to create an account. Buyers be beware you will get only an automated voice prompts that will not help you. You will get hung up on if you do not provide them with a social security number!
