This app is a scammm seriously don’t bother

I loaded a check a couple of weeks ago and I was never able to spend that money that I worked hard for . It was already acting up when it was time for me to log in. I received an email saying if it was a mistake they’ll send me a new check…I’m still waiting

Simple everyday banking app

I discovered re:start mobile banking app from browsing through the App Store in search of a new mobile banking service personally it’s no different from any other mobile banking apps/services upon/after registering and creating a new account I uploaded my first check through the mobile check upload it was accepted but placed on a 7 day extended hold so I don’t recommend for uploading your checks as you won’t have access to your money until or within 7 days otherwise it’s your average mobile banking app not sure if I’ll be getting a physical card by mail but I linked the virtual card to my Apple Pay for in store and online purchases

Do not believe the review ratings they are FALSE

This is a total scam app searched up the address and its a home loaning store this app was built to take your cash by any means possible im glad i didn't put in a 600+ check as i used my 48$ check to see if i would actually get my money. They leave your money in account balance so you think you will be receiving your money but instead it just sits as said by the email it should take only one business day but you will never get your money to spend. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP BY ANY MEANS

Easy and free!

I love how fast and easy it was to create account. You can do all operations from your App by yourself. It is a live chat if you need help. The bank donates water for kids for every your swipe. All is free!

THEY LIE !!!

So I just received an email advising they declined me for a bank account ??? Their website says NO credit check !! I’m fully aware of being able to identify your customer, I do Risk Management for a living !!! I’ve lived at the same address for almost TWO YEARS now and gave you a copy of my Drivers License that proves my address !!! IF I’VE LIVED HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND SHOW YOU MY DL AS PROOF OF WHERE I LIVE, THEN YOUR’RE LYING WHEN YOU SAY THERE’S NO CREDIT CHECK !!! DO NO TRUST THIS COMPANY, ALL THEY DID WAS JUST STEAL MY INFORMATION AND I JUST GOT AN ALERT ON FROM THE CREDIT BUREAUS, IMMEDIATELY AFTER APPLYING FOR THIS ACCOUNT ABOUT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY !!! YOU’VE ALL BEEN WARNED !!!

I like the bank

I like the bank but the flaws it’s the depositing a check into your account it takes 8 days and I still can’t use my debit when my money became available I’m guess they strict because I receive an text as soon as I made a purchase making sure it wasn’t an fraud transaction I responded it was me and it said wait 1-2 minutes I waited 4 hours before using my card again but this time I went to atm to withdraw my funds, it still won’t approve my transactions it’s frustrating because i can’t call nobody I can only chat which it takes some time for them to reply and when they do they can’t resolve the issue right away they have to send the issue to some higher up which it’s confusing because my debit card still active, I still can log in into my account just can’t get my money off or make purchases I’m scared to transfer money because I seen a review saying a person got they account closed. I’m just hoping they not scamming me

Helps refugees from Ukraine

I really liked the English courses provided by Re start bank for refugees from Ukraine. During my studies, I have significantly raised my level of knowledge of the English language. It is a pity that the courses are over, I would love to learn more.

Scam they aren’t an actual bank

Please don’t sign up all the good reviews same the same thing the other person said before them , ya can report them to Google and if you want to make a bigger impact call the BBB better buissness bureau and give them the application information and you can bet to get your money back! Be careful
