Works, but is expensive

Great customer support and clear installation instructions, but the price for data is outrageous compared to other esim providers. While traveling, I tried the worldwide plan (20 euros' worth of data, usable in 133 countries) and somehow spent all of it in one afternoon trying to navigate back to my apartment in Kuala Lumpur on Google maps. I was shocked since I wasn't even streaming video or scrolling social media. After that experience, I purchased 1GB of data via a competitor (Airalo) for $4.50. Been using it for the past two days and still have 850MB left. Way more cost effective, which makes it unlikely that I'll ever use esim+ again unless they can offer something comparable.

I have a question

If i buy an esim for a month, and don’t subscribe for a while in the next months,will i get to keep my phone number to subscribe and use it again when i need it ? (For example i create an account using that esim, and after 3 months i am logged out and need to use the number i bought previously, can i have access to it again even though i have not subscribed the past few months ?

Does Not Work Rude Customer Support

I paid for the worldwide phone number and it did not work, and customer support (Kate) told me their provider is down, and to keep trying but that didn't work, and so I reached out 3 days later to Borris and he said my data has expired and needs to be replenished, and so I explained to him that even the day of purchase the phone number has never worked, and he just closed the chat. They don't resolve technical issues.

Great virtual eSim app

First I want to tell the happiest things that on Demand message charge are very suitable. Coins are moderately priced. Will be happy if $99.9 have 20coins by its price. Sms and Call services are very stable & confidential. eSim plus is very helpful for my own small business management, I’m very happy on their customer services. Anyway, on my side this one is a trusted app that never I will leave but please decrease the coin price or other hand increase the coins on current prices. Thank you

Better than TextNow Even!!

I have been a hardcore user of TextNow for some time and while they have majority of what you need, they now charge a service or lock in fee to receive verification codes! Not only have a found an app that can give you a free number with unlimited talking, texting, and faxing even; I’ve also found one that can verify my accounts on websites!!

Scam app don’t fall for it

I subscribe almost 50$ and they won’t let me send messages whenever I send messages to another number it keeps saying error I contacted the customer service and the (Kate) keep telling me nothing can be done this application is a big scam holding my 50$ for over a week now without giving me the service I paid for don’t use this app or fall for it guys they won’t let you send text messages to another number

Very Expensive

Personally, I see it very expensive and not worth it. I travelled the world and I know the price of getting internet connection (only) sim card is cheap compared to the packages provided in the app. At the end, it may not suit me, but definitely it may suit others or for first time travelers who just decided to go for tourism outside their home country, because they prefer internal tourism which I encourage specially at the current circumstances .

Excellent

Customer care responds really fast and I have been using other virtual numbers but esim is better, no bad reception cos you can hear clearly what ur caller is saying. I will recommend esim for everyone that needs to reach their family and friends overseas or anywhere in the world.

Works well!

I am a real person from the USA using this in my own country to test it out. So I did everything in the set up and I got connected instantly. I connected to T-Mobile and it was working! But I also manually clicked on AT&T as a network selection and that worked with 5G! On Airalo, I only could get LTE on AT&T. I did both of them with global plans. Price wise Airalo is better and more reasonable but they both have their ups and downs. Do your own research and testing, but this esim app is a must! Just know it is a bit pricey for some countries so be aware of that.
