No service, No support

So far this app is a serious disappointment. I’ve had a paid subscription for appx. 4 days ago. The phone won’t call/receive and the contact support function does not work. I’ve toured contacting support another way twice now and have received no response. I’d look somewhere else.

Decent with a few glitches.

The good news is you can call anywhere in the world for an affordable, fixed monthly rate. However sometimes it struggles to place the call. I can’t identify why.
