There app has been great and it’s minimize my expenses when buying data and one thing I under about BillPoint is that when you fund your wallet and want to make use of it to recharge your phone for example you want a 100 naira airtime they will send you your 100 and still save up to 2naira in your balance stop playing. BillPoint forever

The most useless app have ever seen
Using this app for the first time I’m already disappointed in using it. I still believed this app isn’t real, bc it’s either no network today or pending tomorrow. A app where you can send money to but can’t send money it out (Scam). Don’t waste your data it’s useless, my 3600 still with them without refund.
My Airtel calling card not refunded
Hello BillPoint, I purchased Airtel Calling card on the 15th of April and it has been 4 days now still showing pending payment I have been debited already no calling numbers no refund nothing. Should I have reason to doubt this service because I remember I was among those who first downloaded this app and now some fowl play had already begun. I want an answer please
Take long to credit and scam
I see no reason why every celebrity should be advertising this app. I downloaded this app to try it out and i credited my app since an hour ago. No money has reflected on my app. Contacted the customer service and they told me to exercise patience till 2 hours or what. It’s useless and frustrating because i can go to my bank app and do my transactions without any delay.
