Problem when importing a video as portrait
When ever I try to import a video as portrait is fails to load it and edit it! It’s been a long time since I get this error and nobody of your team has even tried to fix it!?
What is going on??? Broken for months?
I’m super disappointed. This used to be my favourite app. I used it everyday. But one day you could no longer add video or combine clips due to an error. Well that error has been there for ages and it’s seriously disappointing that no one cares to fix this. I’ve been a loyal customer for YEARS and I want to use the app the way I always have been able to.
Love for long time but...
Can’t upload anything anymore :( please fix. I have loved this app for years. So sad it’s now not working properly.
Can they just fix this?
So many problems. Half the time it won’t import slomo movies, it can’t seem to crop movies anymore. Please, fix this.
No longer working properly
This app no longer is saving videos as it used to When it used to work properly I would have rated the app easily a 4. It’s a shame the app no longer functions as it used to as it is extremely frustrating to not be able to save and have to ultimately delete videos as a result of an issue with the app basic functions.
This app is no longer supported
Too many bugs and broken features. It was a great app when it launched but please be aware that wide videos won’t upload/download before you sworn money on filters.
Can’t download Richy
I use this app a lot. Trying to buy the new Richy filter and it won’t respond!
Used to be a favorite...nowadays not so much
Used this app for so many marketing videos for my company. Then one day it stopped loading videos....that was three months ago. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, hard/soft resets and I’ve emailed support with no reply. Needless to say, it still doesn’t work. Just send a fix since the app hasn’t been updated in nine months. Quit pushing Hipstamatic Subscription camera and put some focus on the rest of the app bundle please.
Used to be fantastic- until it was broken
This used to be a favorite app. Then, one day, it stopped allowing videos to be imported. Hipstamatic makes some cool apps and this was one of them. But, it appears they’ve abandoned this one because it’s clearly been broken for a long time. What a shame!Hipstamatic-people: if you’re reading this. Please fix your app. When you fix apps we trust you enough to invest money on your other apps. If you don’t fix what is broken, we lose our trust in your work and then why invest any more money?
Imported videos are weirdly cropped
While I appreciate adapting the app for the Max screen, for a long while now nearly any video I import is cropped in half vertically, making the app useless. Unfortunate since this app gives me very unique effects. Please correct as I’ve bought every film pack available.
