Avoid

I can’t get access to my account I’ve updated the app tried calling both numbers on the card and in the description and my last resort using forgotten username/password even though my username/passwords are the same and nothing. I need the money to go get gas for work and Pay bills this is a horrible situation to be in. Also I was never able to link the card with other banks or find somewhere to withdraw money without being charged. The app literally shows atms that don’t support them! Seems super shady to me

Better than expected so far

Based on reviews I had seen, I was expecting a lot of headaches from this app. At first, I wasn’t impressed since I received an email saying that my card is on the way but in the meantime I can use my digital card by downloading the app, but in order to make an account in the app, I needed my card info… I’ve only made one deposit (via bank transfer) so far, but it took 5.5 days (including Saturday & Sunday) to be made available. My other bank accounts have never taken that long so it was frustrating to have my money in limbo & unusable for so long. However, I used the card for the 1st time yesterday & the transaction was processed through promptly. I appreciate that I get push notifications about my current balance every morning. Also I’m actually very impressed with the fact that the cashback was deposited the very next day after the transaction was made. That fact alone almost made me give 4 stars instead of just 3, but there are still other kinks that need to be worked out before I raise my rating higher.

Unable to access account

I’m frustrated with this APP. I haven’t received my daily text message with my account balance. I’m also frustrated my APP is not allowing me to log in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and still getting same results. I have called the customer service # several times and haven’t been able to get a live agent. This is so upsetting. Since I have no idea of my balance or anyway of getting my balance I will be canceling my card and transferring my funds to my traditional banking. Someone needs to contact me in regards to this matter. I have tried all I can… frustrated beyond repair.

Can’t log in

Since yesterday I have been unable to log into my account. I cannot make a purchase for an amount I know was in there but I was able to for a lower amount. I think some of my money was stolen but no way to check since I cannot gain access. The reset password button just says “problem on our end” Currently on hold to talk to a rep and the hold music is the most ear assaulting horrible music I have ever heard. Pretty sure they picked it just to get people to hang up. Not happy with this card at all right now. The only good thing is the cash back but even that is not worth this hassle.

Can’t access my cash back

I can’t get my cash back rewards money out or take any money out that I have previously put in from my bank. It can only go in (or out through spending). What annoys me the most is that I got this card so that I could earn cash back on gas purchases and it will say I have X amount of “cash back” but then that money won’t show up in my balance or anywhere for me to spend it. Also, it is super annoying that it tells me my balance EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Like I don’t need that. Half the time nothing has even changed!

Fingers crossed (Updated)

I just downloaded the app a few minutes ago, can’t say much about it functionality as the account is still very new. However, I like the user interface so far, hence the 4 stars. Would be updating this review in a couple of months.Few months passed, and here’s my verdict:The face login never seems to work even though I’ve turned it on several times. The text and email notifications on cash back can’t be turned off. Even though I have opted out of both several times, guess what, every time I earn cash back, the text and emails start again. Annoying. And most importantly, although this isn’t an app issue, but I think the methods of depositing and withdrawing from the account is not the most convenient and it’s literally costs you money to do either except of course you’re getting cash back from a store after making a purchase. Which kinds of defeat the entire purpose of the card. It’s definitely, not going to be an everyday card for me.

Funds haven’t been available for about a week.

I’ve never had issues with this app until recently. I sent money to this card and the balance has been incorrect. Says I have a balance of about $30 when it should be about $160. Called customer service and supposedly there are some system updates and was told to be patient. A week goes by and still the incorrect balance. Called again and was told if I used my card there is a chance the card won’t work? How does that make sense. After this experience I will stick with my usual bank and not use this anymore. I advise others to do the same.

This app is a waste

This is an absolute waste of and app and a card. You cannot add your bank, you cannot deposit a check, you cannot go to an atm and add money… the customer service line cannot assist in anything requested. They cannot answer your questions appropriately. Nothing works on the app. You have to completely change your payroll to put money on the card… and then have to change it completely back again… to show history that doesn’t help in any fashion. It must be done every 30 days! What a headache. This card is useless and worthless. I’m afraid I will loose all my money trying to ‘load’ this card.

No depositen su (DINERO) en este banco…

Este banco desaparecio 100 dolares de mi cuenta de manera sorpresa,llame a soporte y es imposible la comunicacion y nadie en el chat de soporte habla espańol mi idioma natal,es mejor usen un banco reconocido como( Chase,banco america,Wells fargo o souncoast,estos tienen los mejores soporte de habla hispana,asi no pasen por el mismo problema que a mi,no descargen este app,en ninguna empresa reconocida este banco no es reconocido como stock market o otras empresas,yo perdi mi dinero despues de muchos intentos despues de ignorarme no lo hagan por favorThis bank disappeared 100 dollars from my account in a surprise way, I called support and communication is impossible and nobody in the support chat speaks Spanish, my native language, it is better to use a recognized bank such as (Chase, Banco America, Wells Fargo or Souncoast They have the best Spanish-speaking support, so they don't go through the same problem as me, don't download this app, in any recognized company this bank is not recognized as a stock market or other companies, I lost my money after many attempts after ignoring me please don't do it

God Awful

The app has been down for over 24 hrs. You can’t log in. You can’t access your account any other way because there is no website to do so. I had a deposit sent to this account 5 days ago that still hasn’t shown up in the account and even if it does I wouldn’t know because their God awful app doesn’t work anymore! I will be closing this account as soon as they fix the app and I suggest you do the same because it’s completely useless.Oh and customer service? Forget about it, they have no idea what’s going on or when the app will be up again or offer any kind of useful information other than for you to send an email to a green dot address that goes unanswered, what a joke 😂😂😂
