Ads are preventing the app from working

The ads don’t fit the screen and often fail to load properly at all. This forces me to exit out of the app and come back. This usually results in an error and the file never opens, putting me back at square one. (I’ve got the app to work a few times... but I’m typically unable to open any files.) Using iPad Pro 2020.

Bug fixed

When I installed it I was not thinking it was going to be great but when I got a zip file for Luigi's haunted mansion it was marvelous and I would suggest it to anyone one who would want to do the same

Frustrating

It got the job done that I needed in a hurry. Worked well to view STL files while away from my computer. But the ads are so intent at being intrusive that you can’t click fast enough on your job to avoid hitting the constant barrage of ads. Sometimes the only way to get an ad out of the way is to click on it. I’ll be uninstalling it as soon as my current need is finished.

Really cool

This app is very cool! It allows you to view models that you download from the internet and if you do happen to have a modeler app, you can import the model!

Full of ads and Crashes

I downloaded this app to try and see a 3D mode I made. The app has many intrusive ads but I got my model up. It worked fine for that but to view the model in AR you must watch a 30 second ad or pay $2. Once I finished watching my ad the model shows up good. But when I try to switch the units to inches like I modeled it in it just crashes then I have to watch the 30 second ad again. Looking for better app.

Great for viewing 3D modules

As stated, it works well for viewing 3d models, I recommend it if you are ever in need of something with this task in mind.

Missing Features / Overpriced / Avoid

I downloaded the app with the intent of viewing 3d stl files in VR. I paid to upgrade to unlock all features because the app was basically unusable otherwise, I wish there was a free trial. Unfortunately I will not be using the app and would prefer a refund if possible.Under features #3 it says cast shadow and the photos advertising the app they show monochromatic models with shadows. Unfortunately my model appeared as one large white blob without any shading. I tried all combinations of the lighting options and every background setting and couldn’t get it to work. I tried other models from thingiverse with the same effect. The AR feature works well at projecting the object onto a surface... minus the fact you can only see an outline of the object. The 4 example files seem to work fine, but they are colorized. File import from iCloud was easy. However all the hyperlinks in the app look odd. I would also add the option to save or copy files into the app from iCloud and etc. Ultimately am very disappointed

I like the app but some models doesn’t work

App is nice but I’m having issues viewing a lot of my STL files. I’d say 7/10 are not shown correctly in the app. It messes up detail, to just not showing anything. It only happens with this app not uMake, shapr, or trace it would be nice if this issue is fixed because this app has a 360 feature that spins the cad 360 which i use to make videos of my cads.

Easy

I have some work being done for a 3d scale model and had no way to easily view the progress. I was skeptical in downloading any app to view my results. After opening clicking on the .stl file, I was given the option to transfer to the app. Almost instantly, the image popped up. I was able to roll, zoom with no issues. I am extremely happy with the app and would highly recommend for simple use.
