Earned points and because they didn’t want to award the points, they closed my account :) After a year of being a customer, paying on time and using the card almost every day as my primary card, they finally decided to close my account and accused me of what they call “deception” when I emailed to ask why I wasn’t awarded points, if the app is transparent enough to show that I will receive points :)) For this, they closed my account with nearly $950 in points. All my points, gone. Down the drain. This is a very reckless, and amateur bank that I highly suggest everyone avoid. Trust me, use an AMEX, Chase, or whatever other bank and take the safe route! Oh and btw it’s not private or safe at all because they have reps that look you up on linked in and other platforms, for some off reason. Sounds like an invasion of privacy to me more than a financial place..
