So Much Potential
Camera is surprisingly competent, the issues I have are with the and it’s lack of features. For one I’d like an option to automatically save to camera roll. But my biggest issue is that I can’t view the live feed without someone ringing the doorbell. I’d like to simply tap a button on the app and be able to see what’s going on at any given time.Please push an update that will allow this function for the XW1 33-X9 models. I’ll promptly give the app 5 stars and I’m sure many others would once this feature is added.
Unable to use
Have tried to connect it to my phone but it keeps saying something that sounds like “please rebind”, and no matter how many times I’ve tried, keep getting that message. Don’t know what to do next other than return it.
Works for me
My front door doorbell was broken for 20 years, and I started missing packages because my Doorbell didn’t work. This is an excellent alternative, and was very easy to set up. My iPhone loaded the app quickly and was able to sync and load quickly. The photo picture quality on the camera is very good and this was exactly what I needed. I have not tried to video option.
Keep failing
I download the app to my new phone and when I login to my account I cannot see the device in my account. I kept trying to rebind it but it kept failing. I’ve request assistance for several times but no one has been able to help me. I emailed the company and the email address was incorrect.If I can give negative star I will give it -5 star. What a waste of money.
No video
Any time I try to answer my doorbell with the video it doesn’t even work so it’s basically a plastic doorbell.
Tried it - No good
All connections work, account set up properly. Notifications are late, and live view takes 20+ seconds to even see anything. Great package, cool concept. Awful product. Not useful at all if live interaction via camera is your preference.
It’s go work eventually
When you first try and set it up it’s a lil confusing and won’t work when but you go get the hang of it eventually and make sure you put the Wi-Fi password in the right way. But besides that it’s raw asl
