Wave is the way.
This is a very easy and intuitive video interface for your camera systems. Much easier than the other manufacturers and can be using with very little to no instruction.
Dumb ass upp
Not working wasting time and money.
Only connects when on camera wifi
The app itself is great when I can connect to it on wifi. However, it will only connect when I am in the building the cameras are in and connected to that wifi. This wasn’t always a problem. Can it be fixed to where I can connect to the cameras no matter where I am again?
Can’t connect after last update
Lost connection to my NVR after last update. Never had a problem previously connecting from internal wireless or over data. Now can’t connect over either...

Good and Always getting better
Features added with almost every update its great. Now that smart search is available on a device they are really upping their game.
The 5.0 update is horrible
WHY force everyone through the servers when they are onsite on wifi?!?!?!?!?Give the option back for auto direct connect when on site.

Why does audio not play through Bluetooth or other audio devices connected to the phone/iPad?Need to be able to change the playback speed.
App crashes every time within 1 minute. Running on latest version too
I’m running the latest version of the app on the latest version of iOS. Doesn’t matter...the app crashes within 1 minute every time I open it. Useless to me.
Most glitchy worst updated app I have ever dealt with
This app is the worst it crashes every other time you open it every time they update it it doesn’t work properly. It kicks you out constantly so you have to sign back in absolutely the worst camera app I have ever used.
