Trying to research parts, the app locks up with the dots going from left to right

App doesn’t deliver needed info

This app is becoming very poor because it no longer gives parts pricing or availability as it promises and I end up having to waste 20 minutes or more calling the parts department anyway!!!

Terrible

Crashes on Iphone 13 pro constantly. Just closes when you try to use the camera. Or change the location. No photos of anything. Isn’t able to find popular parts and supplies easily by common search terms. Please just use the Watsco app already that CE , Gemaire and Baker use. Or modify this one to make easier to use. Its 2022, been with this crap too long. Its better to have a strong online functionality and convenience than nice pretty store front locations and long phone hold times.

Worthless at all

No way to place an order or review existing one. Only you can do, just see part list. And what’s the reason for light commercial option? Absolutely useless!

Useless

The app used to tell how many or a part were in stock, now it just loads and won’t let you do anything until you close the app completely. It is useless now

Patients is required

You have to be a tran dealer in order to use all the app features. I’ll be honest this app is very confusing to use you have to know exact part numbers or what your looking for. The positives are once you figure it out you will be able to order what u need and have this all done before u even leave the customers house.

Update is needed

This app needs a major overhaul. It constantly gets stuck on loading screens, to the point that the apps needs to be closed out and a restart. Trying to use this app in the field is frustrating. As a service tech, this would be great if it worked but it doesn’t.

Not for the final customer

They should let us know this app its for their representative. Despite of having model and serial number I am struggling to simply find a part number for a replacement.

Just don’t

This app hasn’t worked in years. No parts are ever available. My company forces it on my phone every day. I delete it every day. No matter how much reporting is done it can’t or won’t be repaired or replaced. Just don’t bother.
