I’m all honesty, I don’t like this game
It’s just inconsistent. Some of the levels are easier than anything, then some are just entirely impossible. With the leveling system of your soldiers being complete garbage. You’re telling me I have to spend 2000 coins just to level up my soldiers when they reach level 5. That amount is hard enough to get to on its own. But then on top of that, being literally stuck on a level for hours, not being able to do anything because you’re still somehow weaker than every other randomly generated enemy on the board. Literally forcing the player into a situation where they DONT play your game for the next few hours OR they spend their money to get the coins that they NEED to level up, in the end still being unable to get past the level they’re stuck on.
Game is rigged
The first levels are so easy you can’t lose unless you try but then the levels turn into ai mode that seems to predetermine whether you can win or not. I had 3 towers with 15 each vs one opponent who has 1 Townes of 15 and suddenly they can produce 20 army’s to my 3-4. They also produce archers who kill my guys 3-1 at best. If you restart the levels over and over you will find one where they don’t produce the army’s for the enemy at an insane pace. This game is a total Joke! The sad thing is it’s actually fun when it’s not totally driven by the computer who will win. Some of the levels have 2-3 opponents and sometimes they all attack each other and sometimes they all attack you. Again, it’s all predetermined by the computer if you will have even a fighting chance. The kicker is when you have more creation power than the opponents but they can magically create 2-3 times the fighters that you can and you get ran sacked. If the game was more balanced in how it creates fighters for the cpu controlled ones vs for yours AND it didn’t creat scenarios where either all opponents attack you or don’t attack you at all this game would be fun. As it sits, it’s just an advertisement generator. Someone trying to get rich off others while running a crappy product. Don’t waste time with this game. In fact, I’ve tried almost all the tower games and they all have the same issues. The system is rigged for the computer to win or for you to win before it’s even started.
Messed up
When playing the game, the bots are able to spawn soldiers at a way higher rate than you. You can spawn maybe 1-2 soldiers every five seconds. Just enough time for the opposing side to spawn triple what you have, and take all the towers. I’m not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be, but my kids would never be able to pass levels on this game. There’s not even a way to upgrade how many you spawn at the beginning. You practically get to try again and again until the bots spawn less accidentally and give you a chance. Pretty stupid game anyway, you collect coins that you have to BUY in order to collect. Ads after every round, and sometimes before it. Definitely deleting this app, I tried for a few days and it’s actually just not good. The good reviews are probably fake 🤡
Good game,bit to easy,wayyyy to many ads
I like these style games and this one felt faster paced and more simple with the troop deployment. Does seem to easy I just wait and upgrade castle few levels then spam troops and win. The ads at the end of each round are ridiculous, you either watch the ad to multiply your reward or watch one to get a spin but if you decline those you will get a ad after closing them. While another ad may open after that one and i have even had a add before the spin and multiplier ad pops up, just to many. It went from one every now and then to one after each round to the multiplier ad the spin ad then BAM!! Spam ad! Why games?
Good, but could be so much better!
I like this game, and that’s why I’m annoyed by it. It has a great concept, does not take your money or make you watch full ads, and it has so many great elements that could make it challenging and engaging. Unfortunately they just stopped short for some reason. The levels are just random repeats of themselves and it’s quite easy if you just level your towers first then spam troops later. If they just added more challenging maps or had some that required using a certain troop type it could be so much better. Without a challenge and with so much repeating there’s just no reason to keep playing. I’ve had it less than a week and am level 400 and ranked 250 in the world and 100 in the US. That tells me that everyone else feels the same way. So just add a little more will ya!?
So much ads! Also why is this music oddly familiar?
When you are going against the AI, I often hear the prodigy soundtrack. After I continued playing the game for a while, I noticed it was a bit of a remix. Just asking, did you take this music from prodigy? This is not the reason for me giving four stars though. The reason for the four stars instead of five is because of how often the ads are. Even though they are once every match, I find them quit annoying. I beg you to reduce the number of ads from one every match, to once every few. Other than this issue, I find that the game is quite enjoyable.
It’s actually challenging
I got this game before I went on a roadtrip that was 12 hours. I was looking for games to play so I wouldn’t be bored and stumbled upon this. It seemed like on of those games you play for a week and get bored of y’know? I played it on the roadtrip and instead of it being super easy and Boring, it was challenging and quite engaging especially at the beginning of the level. And to keep yourself a little less bored and to keep the game from being boring I have some types of challenges for you to do, first just don’t level up your towers and see if you can beat the level and the 2nd one is that you can only deploy troops once meaning once you press down the screen and let go you can’t bring the troops down. I’ve done both of these and although their harder they are doable. So next time your on a long car ride or plane ride just download this and you’ll be occupied for at least 4 hours straight!
Challenging
I never write reviews but after reading several of the other reviews I feel I need to. First. I saw someone say it’s a money grab, I am currently on lvl 40 and still have no idea how to purchase anything in game with real money. The shop only uses gems as currency which are earned by completing levels or watching ads. Second. Levels 18 and 19 being impossible to beat? Really? Those players must have the strategic prowess of a cumquat. Again I’m on lvl 40, so use your head and you’ll be fine. Tip, do not tap to deploy troops. The only real thing I don’t get is the shop. You can get different weapons, character skins, and shields. All of which seem to be purely cosmetic I guess. The AI has a guy with a sword which still beats my guy with a halbert and a shield. Third. Yes there are ads but they are only at the end of each round. Good luck and happy conquering!
Has potential but…
The game itself when playing is a fun, easy and relaxing experience. However the game is an advertisement simulator. You spend WAY more time watching ads than you do actually playing the game.Furthermore the game has a “pay to remove ads” option that is expensive at $5.99 that does NOT remove all ads from the game, just a small ad banner that is seen while playing a level. On top of that because of how little gold you make per level, if you do not watch the ads at the end of a match to get extra gold you will be forced to spend even more money on buying gold later so that you can upgrade your units in order to progress further.In summary I would not recommend this game unless you don’t mind watching endless ads over and over again. Or if you don’t mind spending money to upgrade your units which you would be forced to do.
Ads or You don’t get points earned from play
1) Watch an Ad or you don’t get the coins you accumulate after winning. This was weird because if I won a round should I not earn points for winning - not for a video.2) Also, as I am playing a round there is NO choice as to if I want to use a resource during a game; this floating bubble with a video ad goes all over the field, and I must wait to send troops out till it moves away from the border I am focused on. Overall game is good, I like that I can upgrade characters I use. But, there needs to be a change on how to earn points after winning, something with at least a 50% chance of not being interrupted by the same repeating ads.
