Almost Perfect

Being only my 2nd full day using this app, I have to say I really like it and can see myself using it long term! I really like the visuals with orb and cute characters, and the soft colors and fonts are nice to look at too! It almost feels like a combination of journaling (noting your moods and having space to write) and posting on a social app (being able to add tags with fun emoticons you can customize). I find myself having a good time adding to the mood orbs and especially the tags, but i have some hopes for the tags menu.Improvments I hope to see would be:- More Edit-ablity, itd be nice to have the possibility of editting your name, the groups for tags, and the tags. I make spelling mistakes sometimes!- More emoticons/ pictures for the tags, i dont find myself using any of the diet or exercise pictures, but if there was more animals and nature related ones I'd use them!All that being said, I've already recommended this app to 2 of my friends 😂 Very well done, thank you for making something cool 😊

Mental Health Help

Working in the mental health field, I found out about Tochi and instantly recognized the help this app can have. That help will be subjective to each person and their mental health needs. Visually and verbally tracking my own moods helps me to understand patterns and connect dots between triggers and/or stressors. I also like that if I can be consistent with its use, it’ll give me more of a detailed record of my experiences over time. I’ll be able to appreciate more specifics about even small things that impacted my mood and mental health. Also, in general, the app has a cute and fun aesthetic. And I like to think that feels calming and soothing for me. Hopefully this app will be at least those, if not also helpful, to others!

AMAZING

Not gonna lie the little buddy on the orb drew me to this app at the beginning. This app makes me feel like I’m talking to the best friend I don’t have.

Use this app daily and love it…but

I use this app every night to decompress and sort through my emotions and it’s really helpful. One thing I do have to suggest is having a way to get rid of the diet entry. As someone who has struggled with eating disorders and calorie counting before I can be triggering to see. I’m not saying completely take it off the app but have the option for the user to decide if that’s a good entry option to have for them!

Great idea but..

This is an amazing, adorable app. The only thing about it was there was so many ads to buy premium It was hard to enjoy the function of the app. I had an good experience overall, but I would love to have less advertisements in the future.

Not enough options

This app is adorable and super comforting when I felt something really strong it was nice to vent. But after the free premium trial it only gives you five options for your emotions. I probably would be fine with this if I hadn’t already made twelve other ones that just sit there laughing at me cause I can’t use them. I also can’t even look at my stats which is why I sort of got this app in the first place, so I could track my mental health.. I love this app but there just aren’t enough options.

Is a very cute app and makes me very happy when I see it and I love it a lot it’s helped me analyze emotions a lot better and be more conscious about how I’m feeling.

Very cool

Tochi was really helpful and cute! Imaginining a porcupine laying down on a floating ball is so cute! Other than being really helpful, there was a bug\ glitch where it spammed my notifs an out saying it’s time to reflect and heal and it wouldn’t stop until I deleted it. Other than the bug, I would highly reccomend.

never using another app

i’ve been searching and searching for a app that fits my needs as i suffer from BPD, ADHD, and ARFID and i finally found one! i love this app, it’s super easy to use and it’s cute. i love that i can track my diet, triggers and moods; as well as that i can customize it to my needs and lifestyle. i also actually feel motivated to use this app daily, you can set reminders for yourself and i enjoy entering little journals throughout my day. i also love that i can look back on the calendar to see what happened throughout the week and sum up how i’m doing! overall this is a great app and no matter what you need you can adjust it to your needs and lifestyle! definitely reccomend.
