I LOVE this app... I have always wanted to quit and this app was more than helpful for me. I was able to see first hand how much healthier I was getting not to mention the amount of money saved since starting this. I recommend this app and also help people add this to their phone to track their own progress. This is the best app and if you are not using it, well that is your loss. Why wait? You have nothing to lose and everything to gain, your health first, and also pride for the self control you can actually track and share. Join the rest of us who use it, you will never regret it!!!
This app was a huge help when I quit smoking. I did cold turkey and kept constant watch for every goal Sometimes those goals were counted in minutes. I still keep and appreciate the information it provides and I am, thankfully, at over 6 years and still making progress with my health. Thank you for helping me quit an over 50 year heavy smoker habit.
So, I am 25 years old and have smoked on and off for more years than I want to admit. I got braces when I got engaged and told myself for the 100th time I was going to quit and never touch a nasty cigarette again. I used Chantix to quit, which worked really well for me. However, I still have habitual cravings and it’s been 25 days nicotine free. Every time I have cravings, I take 10 deep breaths and open this app to remind myself that I don’t just feel better physically, but I’m also helping my savings account. Great app!
I’ve smoked on and off for 30 years. I recently quit cold turkey. When I get urges I open up the app and look at the amount of cigarettes that I have not smoked. Currently it’s 100 of them and I picture 100 cigarettes lined up and imagine all that smoke could have been in my lungs. Gross! Yes the money calculation is cool too but I’m surprised how many cigarettes I have not smoked. I also like that this app keeps track by the amount of days hours and minutes. Other apps don’t do that. This app helps me to be smoke free yet another day!
Quit it has helped me maintain my focus on quitting cigarettes once and for all. I write this review on my two year anniversary of being smoke free. It’s truly invaluable to see how much money you’ve avoided spending on cigarettes. As well as being able to see all the little stats that further inspire you to keep going. Avoiding smoking 14,600 cigarettes in two years is mind boggling. This may be one of the least used apps on my phone but it really has the largest impact on my life and health. Thank you Quit It for the inspiration to… well, Quit It!
I can’t believe I have been a non-smoker for almost 13 years already.!!! I was a 5 pack a day camel wide smoker.!!! The health benefits this app has kept me up on as well as the time frame has been a complete mind blower.!!! Grateful everyday for making the best decision to quit smoking and then another fantastic decision to watch my progress through this app.!!! God has Blessed me.!!!
This app has helped me quit smoking! I’m 80 days clean today. It doesn’t take away my cravings, but it sure does remind me why quitting smoking is the 2nd best thing that’s happened to me. The app provides us the ability to track and visually see our progress and it really helps us stay aligned. If you’re looking to quit smoking, you should really try Quit it. Thank you Quit It, you’ve been a huge part of my no smoking journey and I plan to keep you on my phone!!! (Id love to upgrade one day).
I’ve tried several times in the past to quit cigars. This app motivated me with easy-to-read charts to track the progress of my health, and my wealth! The money saved chart is truly mind blowing! I now spend my money on products for brighter teeth, eyes, skin, and gourmet food that I can actually taste! Incredible how much extra cash I now have to treat myself.
At 73 yrs of age and being a smoker for 59 years, I finally decided I was ready to quit for the first time ever. On Mother’s Day (May 13, 2018) I decided I’d give my kids and grandkids a gift ...I haven’t had a cigarette since 11:45 pm on that day. I didn’t tell them about my “gift” until I’d successfully made it to my 10th day. The Quitter app helps to keep me focused and I can share my progress with them often. It also tells me the health benefits I've accomplished, and how long to reach the next achievements and what it means for my health. Knowing how many cigarettes I HAVEN’T smoke and how much money I’ve saved (per pack) is adding up quick! If you’re serious about quitting, this app will help keep you motivated and on track.
Quit It is a tiny motivating program, supporting and encouraging smokers to quit smoking and helping ex-smokers to stay quit. It keeps track of the cigarettes you did not smoke and how much money you are saving. Furthermore it shows the benefits of quitting as text and calculates a nice ranking for you.
