I love how plain and simple this app is. I downloaded this app when it was free. I love what has been done to add substance. The one time fee seems high but not if it equals two packs of smokes. Haha I love seeing how much I’ve saved and how long I haven’t had a smoke. This app is a great tool to help keep motivated. It took me hundreds of times quitting but eventually it worked! Never give up! Your body is your greatest treasure. Show some respect! Buy this app and say goodbye to cigarettes forever!

What I Get

I originally downloaded the free version of this app, it worked just fine and the ads weren’t overwhelming. If I have a day where I feel defeated or blue I look at how many days and how many cigarettes I haven’t smoked. Today (113th day without) I felt blue and looked at my progress; I’ve not smoked 2,275 cigarettes and felt better. Since the app made me feel better I decided to give it my 99 cent donation for the ad free version. Now I have to re-enter my quit date whenever I open the app. Perhaps giving it 99 cents is a mistake.

Not clear this app for people who already quit

(response to maker included) This app was not made clear until I already downloaded that it is only for people who have already quit smoking, not for people who are trying to quit smoking or I say it’s for people who already quit or are ready to quit right away, that day, cold turkey. Some people need help weening and scheduling that weening which is what I was looking for in a quit smoking app.RESPONSE: No, I did not “misunderstand” what this app does. I even doubled checked why because it has been a while. When you download this app, the first thing it asks is your quit date and it will not let you put a date for the future. Some people (actually most people) need to slowly decrease our consumption to limit throwing our body into chaos. Example: I started craving cigarettes like crazy, more than usual, when I changed my diet overnight and started losing weight. I didn’t realize until months later that it was because I put my body into sugar withdrawal. Also research shows people who decrease their initial amount of nicotine consumption have higher success rates of staying quit. So clearly, no I did not misunderstand. When something says it will “help you quit”, please remember there are different methods to reach the same goal.

Awesome App

As far as quitting smoking, anything helps! I used to smoke at least one pack a day and was a really bad chain smoker. I quit once using medication and fake cigarettes and started smoking again 6 months later (had a really bad time but I know now not to think “just one is okay”). It’s been 5 days so far without one and I’m holding strong! Its mostly will power but the app really helps to keep you motivated with reasons not to smoke and a customized counter showing how much money you’re saving and how many cigs you haven’t smoked. Its a great reminder and it’s cheaper than pack of cigs if you want the premium version!

Perfect idea

So far so good. I love that there is a 3 day free trial and then you can pay weekly, monthly or annually, It allowed me to trick my brain a little better into sticking with it. The app is way more affordable than cigarettes or vaping. Thanks to the developers! I did find some grammatical typos, maybe you need someone w a writing degree on staff to proof. Other than that, thank you. Seriously this is a great design, aesthetic, simple, yet intricate enough to keep me distracted. Very well through out. I’m very grateful!

Does exactly what I want.

I legit just wanted something to track the days I have not smoked and the money I have saved. Turns out this does so much more. It literally tells me how much healthier I am and why. All I have to say is... yes this is the one you want. Plus it’s free. Unless you’re a step above the “normies” and decide to support the developers of an app that is helping to make people healthier. Quit smoking and help others by supporting the app.

Life changing

Thank you so much for taking the time to care about people who smoke. It's often overlooked until cancer or some bad thing happens because of it. I hope you all know how much I appreciate every person who had anything to do with this app.

Toxic Propaganda

I wish I could rate this no stars. All of the pop ups in this app lead you to a website to end “illegal immigration.” When you click the link, this is what comes up, “BUILD THE WALL. President Trump is right! Right now our borders are being used as a gateway for drug cartels, terrorists, and violent criminals” There are two paragraphs after that, but you get the gist. I think this app is purely a simple Trojan horse for a disgusting, ignorant, racist agenda. And this explains the super simple interface and how it’s not really all that useful. There are better apps for this purpose. Don’t download this one.

This app is saving my lungs, my heart, & my soul! Thanks to the creators. I ran the app while I continued indulging in my affair with toxins & poisons & after 11 days on the app I was empowered to get serious and aim for better heartbeats, more oxygen, better skin, and best of all this app is reconnecting my body with my soul instead of the poison toxins I once embraced.
