The Update Ruined Everything

This app used to be my favourite go-to dictionary whenever I needed help. Not everything about it was perfect though, but it perfectly covered my needs. The UI was way better than whatever they replaced it with now, and the annoying advertisement section didn't show up all the time, right at the top of the screen, occypying nearly half of the screen on its own! I never knew the developer could do so much damage to this app by updating it. Just as I never thought I'd ever be so fed up with the "improvements" in the new update that I'd be forced to delete it. Thanks for ruining my one favourite Persian-English dictionary!

Wish I could find this incredible Dictionary Few Years Back .

I couple of years ago i have been attained a scholarship from Prim Minister of Pakistan to continue my higher education in the field of medicine. As i was an Afghan graduate and we studied everything in ( Pashto & Farsi) it was quite challenging for me to tackle all those exams without a best companion to make things easy for me in terms of translations. I was wondering here & there to find an amazing friend app which may ease my frustrations finally after years of hard days and nights consequently i found out this fantastic dictionary and I’m feeling over the moon while i get to understand difficult words . One of the best thing about this app is that it works quite well and have plenty of information despite of translating the words which may help one attain plethoras of information regarding unfamiliar words. This is very helpful dictionery

This dictionary is one of the most powerfully written dictionary i have ever used in my electric devices. First ,it is easy to use. I can find my word by simply typing the word in search bar. Second ,there is other forms of the word and the important usage tips are also available. An other good future is the image search for words . It is very important and help me to memorize the word very quickly . All in all, this dictionary is my good friend and ease my studies. Thanks in advance Hematullah Hemat

Problems

I like it but the biggest problem is the advertising. When I look up a word it means I need to know that immediately and instead of giving me the answer an advertising comes up! Other problem is when I use the app and when I close it, it uses my data by itself. Other things are perfect.

Useful and accurate

This is needed especially for persian class-for those who are taking it! I’ve originally been using google translate (majority of students do) but my professor didn’t like many of the words that were picked up from google which didn’t display the correct meanings for certain words. So a student suggested this app for our class and I’ve been using it since then to help with my writing. :)

Awesome application

This dictionary is by far the best dictionary I have ever tried. Either from Persian to English or vice versa. Nice drop-down search bar, in addition to a handful of examples within the translation portion, and of course, the nice pronunciations in all main accents, made this app almost always one of the 4 main applications of my phone. Such a masterpiece. I hope you guys keep doing awesome job.

Useful But discharges phone’s battery

It’s a very useful and fine design. The biggest problem is discharging the battery when the app is open. If you go to ”setting” and then ”battery”, you'll see it on the list as ”Background activity”. The main problem is that in the ”General” menu and ”Background app refresh”, the app’s name isn't on the list in order to turn it off.

Not able to restore previous purchase

Recently I do coming up too many crash when I want to use this app, so I removed app installed again in order to fix issue but now when I am going to restore my previous purchase it shows no previous purchase done! I paid before one time to access all content of dictionary, please let me know what needs to be done to resolve this issue? And have you updated app recently it would make a lots of bug!

easy to use/ uses multiple resources

I definitly love this dictionary more any others and I’ve been using it for almost all my studying life .All said above it’s been a few weeks that I’m suffering from this bug of an update or sth like that which makes the app forget whatever changes I’d made the last time I’d been using it. This so called a bug is killing me as I spend a lot of time using this dictionary and writing notes in it and when I come back to check them or change sth I see there’s no changes from the last times. It’s like it’s frozen on the date and changes I made the day I updated it.Idk exactly whether this problem is related to the update or not but it’s really killing me pls help me if you’ve heard sth like this happen for someone else before.thanks a whole bunch for this great app you’ve designed
