Nothing to do with KeePass the open source password manager

Not sure if the naming here is a happy (for the developer) coincidence or intentional but this has nothing to do with the actual open source KeePass password manager. This is very misleading and I hope the developer ch ages the name or Apple removes this from the the store.

Not the real "KeePass"

You have heard of "KeePass" the software by Dominik Reichl. This is NOT That software.The real KeePass software is free and open sourced. This app is not that."KeePass" is the password manager developed by Dominik Reichl. Any software by other developers that is using the name "KeePass" in the software's name without any direct non-numeric prefix/suffix is abusing the name "KeePass" and we do not recommend such software.

Loved it but now it crashes

I just started to use this app and found it really handy. Switched to a new phone and now the app crashes when i try to access a password and it copies nothing to the clipboard. Wish there was support to contact. Ive deleted and installed the app, still no fix. Now i cant access my passwords.

Trash

Just absolute trash. The app deleted several passwords. No response from dev. Had I been someone that didn’t back things up, would be in trouble. Devs - you should take this personally and probably rethink your career, and probably, life choices.

All data gone

Opened the app today and all my data was gone. I see other reviews like this.Do not use this app as your data will be wiped from your device eventually rendering the app completely useless in the long run.

Don’t use this app

I was doing great for about a year, my phone upgraded and everything was gone. I liked the app and I’m not saying it was the apps fault but if all my account and passwords disappear for whatever reason then it’s no good to me. I didn’t purchase the backup offered thru the app then my bad but why offer the app at all if this is going to happen !!!! I certainly wouldn’t want to upgrade if this is possible.

Waste of Money

This is the worst app I have ever purchased!!!!! Once you have you password saved and you go back into the app they are all changed. I have attempted to get support and no one will get back to assist. BIG WASTE OF MONEY.

A scam

I download this because It represented itself as keepass…. That was a lie that the Apple store allowed these scammers to present for months if not yearsIOnly found out this was a scam site because all of my passwords mysteriously disappeared for no reason. As did my previous one star review of these scammers.If you lookAt the readings over 90% over the last year have been one star and yet somehow Apple allows this to remain a 4.5 star rated app.Sketchy crap like this makes one lose all faith in the Apple store and it’s supposed consumer protection functions

This is a different app, NOT KeePass

This app is not keepass compatible. It does not read keepass files and is not the same. Seems like they are just trying to take over the keepass name recognition to fool purchasers into buying their knock off instead of using the free cross platform apps that do use keepass files

Unreliable App

I got this app at the suggestion of a person I work with who works in IT security. After some research about the reliability of this app, I downloaded it and put a bunch of passwords in. A few months later, every single password was gone, deleted from my account for some reason - not by any doing of my own. Very disappointed.
