Fantastic customer service

The app failed and I was not able to access my passwords. It would not open. I emailed the developer and he worked real hard and communicated the whole time until it was resolved. Very happy customer!!

Eh

An app update removed my settings and now I can’t use my fingerprint to unlock the app. Can no longer access anything. Absolutely uselessEdit - Gave back a couple stars because of the developers swift response. The new update does allow access using the fingerprint long enough for me to update settings and find what I need

Change Password

I loved this app but it prompted me to change my password and I have been able to sign on since, now it will not let me do anything. I went to the App Store to see if I could download again but it just give you the option to open. I not only keep my passwords on the app but also important information. So do I just need to delete the app and find something new???? I downloaded the app on my iPad of course it just says open? What now?

Genius

I’m 67, and I’m slowly learning things I wish I could have studied when these things were first available. More to the point, I don’t have to worry about tapping the “forgot password” tab every time I need something. Sooner or later, I knew I’d have to do the work of categorizing every password; and one day, I did the MOST helpful thing I could possibly have done for myself: download this app!! If you have a photographic memory, you have nothing to worry about. But if you’re older than some of the rocks in your front yard, you’ll have to do this at some point. Trust me…for ANYONE, even the best and brightest can appreciate it! The app will soon have you, AND your sometimes failing memory.

Don’t pay for the pro version

I like this app other than the fact that I recently purchased a new phone and there seems to be no way to transfer over my passwords. I even paid $5 to upgrade to the pro version but was told I would have to upgrade my old phone as well for another $5. What a scam. I asked for a refun as none of the other features are useful to me. If they refund my purchase I will adjust my rating accordingly.

——-ProsImported to couple of new phones no issues love how export has options not encrypted or encrypted due to me the first time forgetting the password to login into this, I use faceID and before was fingerprint which logs me in without typing the password while this password was very Unique I forgotten password.To solve I checked the export options and very pleased with the Unencrypted data export.——Cons——kinda more so with Layer 8 issues— lolOnly issue is I didn’t figure out how to switch backup storage since I used DropBox in the past moving it iCloud was my goal but simply moving files over didn’t work.

Disappointed

I had been using this app for a long time now. After the new upgrade it asked me to put in my password. I put in my master password and it wouldn’t open. I contacted support for assistant and Niko tried to help me but was unable to determine what the problem was and therefor all my passwords are lost. The point of this app is to be able to access your passwords immediately and to have a place where all your passwords are stored. I now have none of my passwords and basically was told “sorry”.

Very handy

Has become a real help as the need for privacy and security has increased. It was too much trouble to change my passwords often enough to be absolutely secure. That was until I got hacked and many of my passwords were obtained. Now with this tool I’m able to maintain a regular schedule of changing passwords with a lot less effort.

Great at first then not so much!

I’ve had this password app for about 2 years and it was great at first had no trouble with it at all. Then my iPhone 6 did it’s updates and when I tried to get into my passwords it asked for me to reset my password. When I did that it wouldn’t submit my new password to get into the app. I’ve tried it multiple times so I decided to delete the app then re-download it to see if I could reset my password that way. But NOPE, now I don’t have any of my passwords.
