This software is unreliable.

I used this software for a while, maybe 2 years. Long enough to become dependent on it. Twice in the last month all of my information disappeared. The first time I realized I didn’t have cloud backup turned on . But I did the second time. I had been entering my info and backing it up. Then the crash and I find out the cloud data is empty. I emailed the company but have not received a response. I did a quick search on line and found out this is a common problem. I don’t recommend this software.

Beat App Ever

I can’t imagine what I would do without this app. With ever changing passwords and logins this gives me everything I need. It even reminds me when I have a something expiring. It is formatted to fit all the information you need from credit cards to passports and drivers licenses! Thx for being my memory!!

Lost all data in app!

I have used this app for several years and it was great UNTIL TODAY! Over the years I have accumulated an abundance of passwords and other pertinent information I needed to retain in a safe place! Well, the new iOS 15.1 update completely wiped out all the data from the app! I’ve sent an email to the tech-support Although, I have not received a response yet. By the looks of the boatload of reviews I probably can expect NOT to receive a response! I’ll get started on rebuilding the data again in ANOTHER APP of course! This is so disappointing.

Why iPassSafely

iPassSafely because I use different passwords for any site I visit often. And I can't begin to remember them all. iPassSafe does a great job of keeping track of those many passwords for me. And they are easily retrieved from my iPassSafe. My only problems have always been solved when I read the directions or instructions. But then I'm a guy. A more forgetful old guy, happily getting more so with the passing years. 70 of them this summer, if lucky. I highly recommend this security app. I use it many times daily.

WHAT HAPPENED ???

I have been using this app for quite a few years (after my last password keeper stopped being supported). I loved this app. So simple to use. But WHAT HAPPENED? After the last update to fix issues last week it no longer works properly. At all!! PLEASE FIX the APP. I really don’t want to have to find another and start all over again inputting my passwords.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I recently opened my this app to retrieve a password, yet found that all of my data was gone in every category of my favorites. I’ve emailed customer support twice asking for an explanation and have received no response. I would NOT recommend this app. My iPhone recently updated, but this has never affected the app following past updates. I have no idea if my data is retrievable because I cannot get a response from customer support. Select another app.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!

This app worked well until the upgrade. I lost all the information I had stored for several years. I contacted support multiple times with no response. They will not respond to you!! There is no phone number to call so you have to submit a request via email but they ignore them. I sent several with no response. Maybe the first time they’ll get back to me is by responding to this review. At that point, it’s a bit late but if that’s what it takes to get my data back so be it.

No Support

Since updating my iPad to 15.6, this app doesn’t work. When I open a website, it won’t stay open so you can see your user name and password. It opens quickly and “jumps” back so you can’t open it to retrieve your password. It also won’t stay in alphabetical order. Trying to get support is impossible. I’ve sent three emails and received nothing in return. I’ve looked through everything on the app and have searched Google to no avail. I can’t get my passwords for any of my apps. This is maddening and not being able to contact the app developer to get help is beyond my comprehension. If you buy an app, you should be able to get support when it’s needed. Do NOT buy this app. There is no support.

Very dissapointed

I purchased and used the pro version of iPassSafe for many year but at the last automatic update the program would crash any time I tried to open and category and file. I emailed support since I can’t find a phone number. It has been almost 2 week and nobody has replied. I’m screwed and the support staff doesn’t seem to care. I have a massive number of passwords in my file along with other critical confidential data but have no way to get to it. Massively disappointed loyal customer here! Since they won’t help long-term customers this review has been my only recourse.

Horrible app

Several times I have entered information in this app. Several times I have tried to open the app & am required to enter a new passcode. When I do ALL of the information I spent hours entering are gone, deleted!! So, again I enter the passwords and again today I needed to look up a password I was required to create a new passcode. I did now the file is wiped clean! The first time this happened I thought I had accidentally hit something wrong. Entered all of my passwords then bam! I get the login screen telling me to enter a new passcode. I wrote to support and I was told to create an .idb file so I did. Well, that file is gone as well!!! What a waste of money!!
