Worst Customer Service

Very addictive game but they only get 1 star because they DON’T FIX THEIR BUGS. I’ve reported the same issue three times using the support in the app, and the first two times they said they would pass the issue on to their development team and then they close the ticket without fixing the issue. Third time I reported the issue they didn’t even respond. The issue is that every time I try to merge a certain piece it takes me back to the Home Screen, then I have to reload the game, move another piece, back to Home Screen, reload, move piece, back to Home Screen.. very frustrating.

Can’t move on.

I finished chapter two and now I can’t move on. The game is stuck. When first played I lost all of chapter one and had to start over. Now it won’t let me move on WHY!!!

WHAT’S GOING ON????

I really LOVE this game, HOWEVER, there are definitely PROBLEMS, such as (mentioned by other reviews), VERY FRUSTRATING on how you have to merge items separately FROM ALL OVER THE BOARD, there’s got to be a better way!! My 2 main problems, right now are 1) I had been collecting the “bonus lights” (gold & green/ keys for bazaar board) which would pass over the game board & when I went to the bazaar board 50% of the time the BUBBLE that holds the keys would FLOAT OFF THE BOARD & I would LOSE THEM, that SEEMS TO BE RESOLVED?? hopefully for good…… 2) NOW the BONUS LIGHTS USE TO float over the main board QUITE FREQUENTLY at first, it got to be less often, THEN it was like they would only float at certain times & NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED ALTOGETHER!!!! I’m hoping you RESPOND to these reviews, because it’s good to know when you are being acknowledged!! I sure hope these problems can be resolved because the game is a lot of fun to play.

Needs so much work

This game crashes constantly, the customer support is essentially nonexistent, and you lose very important items when the game crashes. I’m stuck on a level because one of my wonder items disappeared, and the game doesn’t let you make more than one wonder item of each type (I’m essentially done with the level, but am unable to move on). I’ve tried to contact support twice, the first time my support ticket was closed before I was able to reply, and the second one hasn’t even been replied to. I will most likely be deleting this game, and recommend for people to only download it if they enjoy being frustrated by bugs and crashes.

Do not waste time on this

The game was fun for a while, then all sorts of bugs started, which I reported and were never fixed, then after purchasing a couple of packs and the weekly golden ticket, I find out the game isn’t even finished. You can’t progress. So I have submitted to try and get my wasted money back because I cannot use what was purchased. Don’t release games that are nowhere near finished then have the nerve to let people purchase things that you know they can’t use! Unbelievable.

Loved but now absolutely hate

POOR SUPPORT when it comes to issues with the game. The other super downside is that they took away using coins for purchasing energy and expect players to pay ungodly amounts of money just to continue to play the game. Well this is one player that’s not going to give in, however I will stand up for other players and call out the developers for this game. STOP BEING ABOUT THE ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR AND THINK ANOUT YOUR PLAYERS!!!!!! YOUR GAME WOULDN’T AND WON’T CONTINUE TO BE THE SUCCESS IT HAS BEEN. WITH THAT BEING SAID, THE ADS WON’T EVEN LOAD SO THAT PLAYERS CAN GET THE DAILY BONUS, THE FLOATING BONUS, OR ENERGY BONUS!!!!!!IF I COULD GIVE THIS GAME AND ITS DEVELOPERS A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD, BUT IT WONT LET ME! SO A 1 STAR IT IS.

Don’t release an incomplete game!

Like the other reviewers, I enjoyed the gameplay until I could not go further than chapter two. I understand that it is a new app, but only two chapters??? The developers have a lot of nerve offering coin packages when the game is so inadequate. Poor showing!

4 stars no more chapters to play !

I would of given 5 however I can no longer play because they haven’t come out with any more chapters . An the levels take so long because of the whole energy thing . It is a fun game an I will continue to play if an when they come out with more chapters . If not soon I will delete an move on . Very disappointing that I can’t finish playing .

A fun game that relies on knowledge of items needed to move forward. I love the concept of the game but having to wait 18 hours for your chests on the second board is a little unsettling. You cannot advance or get more men until the time is up. Also I have reached island group #7, finished it and cannot go any further. Otherwise this is a fun game
