Problem
Won’t upgrade and won’t load! But it’s a great game please fix
Can’t get into level 31
I’m enjoying the game but when I try to load into level 31 I hang at 98%. Hope this gets fixed soon!

Lost entire account
I got a new phone and realize there is no login to retrieve my old account. So I lost everything. No way am I starting all over. Every other game I play I was able to login to get back. The game had so many flaws anyway and barely any updates to fix them. It certainly had potential.
Sad
I downloaded this game once before and BEFORE it started having issues with freezing and force closing I loved the game. it was the ONLY game that didn’t transfer from my old iPad to my new one, so I downloaded it again, it downloaded fine BUT when I went to open the game it NEVER made it past the start up screen! I’m beyond upset because I loved playing this game and now it won’t even load, so regretfully had to uninstall it. I hope the developers let the tech support team know about this issue and fix it so I can reinstall it and play it once again.

I had to delete this app and now when I reinstalled it I have to start all over again! I don’t remember the name I used before but I can’t seem to get to customer service! Also, items keep disappearing

Update: Has potential to be a great game
Update: the Snow Paradise event is fun. However, one of the daily tasks is to “consume life” but there are no adventures available to make completing this task possible. I made a rare purchase and bought the golden ticket to support this new game, I hope my money isn’t wasted and an event that is, for now, impossible to complete. So far it is fun, but needs some improvements. A merge lock would be great, so you don’t accidentally merge three when you want 5. Also, unless you close completely out of the app, the timers don’t keep counting down. So, if you need to leave the game, buildings don’t get finished and the energy timer doesn’t advance. Looking forward to more levels! Oh, please lessen the time to get more energy.

I liked the game until the last update. It no longer will load. It initially loaded but then froze. Now the game will not load at all.
