Doesn’t work

This app is no fun because it doesn’t work. Push button for video for energy and nothing happens. Huge waste of time.

Does Not Open

I downloaded this today but I cannot open the app so I think your attempt 4 days ago to fix the crashing problem failed.

Was good

I was enjoying this game a lot. But it’s very buggy now. First off it is now freezing and I have to shut it down frequently. Second the construction rewards is completely messed up and not even viewable. I play this game MULTIPLE times a day and tonight I came back and my in game cash went from around 1200 to 38 dollars !!! Also I tried to do in game support but you can’t even click the button. It’s just all wonky right now

Would love to play but…

app will not launch. I have force closed everything on my iPad and restarted my iPad. This is an iPad Pro 256 GB with 250 GB free. It is only a year old.

Missing items

This game is great when it works right sometimes you buy stuff you get it sometimes you don’t get it you just never know makes me worried to buy anything . I have already had to contact apple for a refund and now I’m gonna have to again today disappointed

Great so far!

This game could definitely use a little shaping. But for the most part I love it! It’s just slightly more laggy than other merge games. And could use some more events etc! Either way great work so far! I hope they keep up the great work!

Disappearing World -Tigers

There is another world that pops up which is also fun. However it has disappeared on me twice, right when I’m about to get to the last tiger. When it comes back I have all items I previously collected; but have to start all over to get where I was then it goes away again.

Re: the Ads

I know the games your company offers aren’t real. But they are so depressing. Seeing a mom get divorce papers, people freezing to death, people nearly escaping with their lives and seeing an airplane getting ready to crash. It’s sick to use those kinds of scenarios just for us to help these characters on these game apps from your company. It’s unnecessary to use depressing scenarios. Who wants to see sad or scary situations? I like the game but because of those nightmarish scenes, I’m uninstalling your games. People are going through enough now, we don’t need to be reminded of seeing tragedy. I’m already afraid to get on an airplane, seeing a scene of a plane getting ready to crash and people frighten for their life, is enough for me to stop playing any of these games.

Like it

Wish there there were more energy and the same with the extra game. They should be longer more time to finish them. Definitely need more energy on all of it. They need more food or replenish far faster.I just really like the game a lot

Missing purchase now x2

I started out really liking your game, so much so that I spent real money on it the first night after Apple notified me I could download it, something I do with any game I get any enjoyment out of, at least a small amount. My problem however is that I bought the character growth set for Clara for $4.99, not my first purchase, but the one that I didn’t receive. Left the game alone for several days and not thinking spent $5 more on the game and got nothing. The contact us button is useless, it is basically a dummy button, no matter how many times you push it, it isn’t going to do anything. Tuesday I will be filing for reimbursement through Apple and uninstalling, which is a shame.
