What a shame…

I loved the game until recently. Now about half of the ads don’t work. The free energy wheel barely gives anything. The monthly game things take up space that I don’t want to lose and we can’t sell the stuff to make space. I have everything open and am at level 31, but now have to create a new character that will take forever to get if I want more land. The game just becomes more and more ad and resource intensive. It’s becoming more frustrating than enjoyable.

Good game but issues

Game in general is great. I just started playing it, got to level 7, purchased the growth fund. Took a 12 hr break, came back to play and lost all my levels and purchase.

Ad Bugs drop rating

This game is great but the ads seem to fritz out the game and I recently stopped getting the rewards for the ads. If this were fixed it’d be great but it makes it hard to really play the game.

Horrible Balance

The game keeps a pretty good pace up to level 10. After that, nothing! I’m waiting to earn 800 gems to unlock the next area. There isn’t enough ways to earn them. There’s nothing for me to do right now. Nothing to tap on/clear.Response to developer:I wasn’t talking about rubies. I was talking about whatever you call the currency that unlocks areas.

Please Respond

Is anyone having issues accessing the game since the dragon island ended? I can’t open the app to submit the issue to support. I see similar reviews with responses stating to support the issue in app. If we can’t submit it that way what is the next option?

Bugs with ads

Even after the latest update still having to restart the game almost every hour because the ads fezzes the game. Also sometimes even after watching the ads you don’t get the reward. Very frustrating

NO UPDATES…

The App Store shows I have the latest version of this game. Yet there are a number of things that are still not updated.. BANK and CINEMA are still not working . ITs been 2 months.. I do not have the latest Bootcamp or Post man along with the new part of the land/island I can open up.. I am STUCK on the same thing since I started 5 months ago.. The game has too many steps to do to get to the next level.. Once you get to the last final steps it takes 24 hrs to finish building.. Oh and The Wheel had downgraded the amount of energy you get daily.. SO not I cannot play constantly so I can advance.. Customer support stinks cause no one answers your emails for support.. If things do not change I am deleting it.

Fun to play

Overall I find this game to be great. However, I find that there’s an issue within the game that will restart the app so you can not get in to the other in game activities. I have had to delete the app and reinstall it about 4 to 5 times to get a work around. I have submitted a bug report for the issue with the game.

Loved until....

This is a very fun game and hard to quit..but lately it crashes and goes to black screen when I try going to other island or opening the videos.....please fix it.
