Great app

The app is very good, you can do almost everything that you’re able to do in the desktop version. Great to use Odoo on the go.

Great app...

In regards to the app, great job. In regards to the last comment, that’s because the iPhone X has an ultra high definition aspect ratio of 1.9:1 and not the standard widescreen ratio of 16:9. Since most apps only utilize 16:9 it causes wider screen ratios to have black space on the sides of the screen. And since most people only have 16:9 phones, it makes sense that the app developers would appeal to the masses. Plus, an ultra high definition app would have a much bigger file size and take a crap load of space on your phone, which would actually slow performance rather than improve it.

Horrible company

I see why they get such poor ratings. My first interaction with the human at this company was to tell me that their website charged the wrong amount, and they want to charge double or they’re going to immediately erase everything we’ve done.To justify it, they said that their terms of service say that you have to pay more unless specified in writing. However, the website did specify in writing exactly how much I was the pay. I guess they can’t even follow their own terms of service and would rather screw over a customer.

Clunky/Barcode Scanning on Modern iPhones

This app can work great half the time, and the other half you are presented with a white screen. Or things like the barcode scanning stops working. In this particular case, the camera pops up for a second or less, not allowing to scan. Reliability is a missing feature, whether on a Zebra TC70, Samsung Galaxy, or iPhone.

iPhone X View Bug

Not a bad start but needs some more work. When you rotate an iPhone X to Landscape view the app does not adjust correctly to the window size. It has unused space on the sides. And then when you rotate back to portrait view, the bottom of the app does not correctly handle the new way iPhone X works without a home button. Items at the bottom of the screen become blocked/hidden/unresponsive. I would also like to see the app notify me while it is in the background. Push doesn’t seem to work when I receive chat messages if I have the app minimized.

Barcode Scanner Crashes

Would like to use this app for my business to track inventory but the barcode scanner crashes every time I try to launch it on my iPhone 11 Pro! Need assistance ASAP!

This app is outdated

I’m not sure why you can’t do basic functions on this app that you can normally do on the website. Makes it a pain to know on certain orders I need to be near my PC. For example, you can’t add notes to sales order or purchase orders. Unless the SO already has it, in that case you can edit it. Also you can’t duplicate an SO or PO? Seems like a pretty basic function. There’s a bunch more that just seems to be forgotten or overlooked. Wish I got more out of this app as I use Odoo for work everyday.

Not working with Odoo 10 Community

I was very happy to find out th that there's an "Official" Odoo app now. BUT It's NOT working on community version. I would pay for this app a fair price, however making it only available to enterprise users reflects bad ethics into forcing one to use the Enterprise version. If I had the money for Odoo Enterprise, I would buy it , but I don't.( I'm a 2 person photography company)Selling the app for community users would bring at least partial income, I bet there's others like me..Nonetheless I am grateful that Odoo is out there and thanks to all who contributed in making it. You guys Rock!Oh well, the search is still on for good functional unofficial Odoo app :( Let me know if you found one ;) AP

Great start but not as good as the web based version

It’s great to see Odoo’s effort into getting their ERP to work across all platforms. Something their competitors should learn from.Odoo made their web based mobile version so good that this App doesn’t yet exceeds it. Things to improve:-viewing PDF attachment works but you’re stuck in that view with no way back to the App. -trying to load other attachment result in a crash. The now standard “Open In” iOS menu should be used here. -icons flickers when scrolling the home screen and sometime display the wrong oDoo app icon over a different app. -optional nice improvement: allow in settings to set which other iOS App is used to open attachments, to skip the “Open in” step (which works on the mobile web version) for a more native looking experience. Keep up the good work Odoo!

Find a better app

I’m very computer and app savvy. I had to attempt to put in emails multiple times change passwords, and the dashes between the company name. Not to mention, it doesn’t integrate to other apps like it says. Please don’t waste two hours like me.
