Love this app!! Needs a little trouble shooting.

I absolutely love this app. I just want it to work faster and more fluid. I would add a note section if possible and then it would be a nice comparison to the Notion app. Needs a software update: there’s a glitch where sometimes you tap and it doesn’t register or freezes. It freezes when I rearrange tasks by priority or sometimes when adding a task in general. There’s something that slows it down. Sometimes I have to close out the app. I would also recommend to add a feature that allows you to move a task to another list. Some areas have it and some don’t. Right now I have to copy, delete, switch to another list, and add it again which can be tedious. I do really like that the yesterday‘s tasks move over to today’s tasks if you didn’t finish it. It’s smart enough to not add ur routines not finished ones twice. Love that. The colors and format is great. Truly enjoy the app and has helped me organize my life. App support page won’t open. :/ Hope the bugs get fixed! Thanks again!

Some suggestions to be perfect !

I just downloaded this app not to long ago and have been really thinking about switching over from Things 3. There’s just a few features that i think could make this the best app ever (im addicted to task apps so i’ve tried many) 1. is an option in settings to automatically have tasks you didn’t complete on the today page automatically switch over to the following day! once it’s the next day 2. it would be AMAZING to have a quick swipe interaction feature on the tasks where you can swipe on them and quickly get options like delete, change date, etc! 3. this might be a feature with the premium which i haven’t looked into quite yet however it would be great to have a tab or something to tap on to show your completed tasks of the day I would love to see these features added because i am so far obsessed with this app!

This app is so great! However, some suggestions for flexibility.

I’ve had SO many benefits from this app, in particular being able to see just how productive I am as a percentage throughout the month puts my own successes in context and reminds me of where I could improve while also still being encouraging. The only thing I wish is that routines could be rolled over into other days just like regular to-do items. While I would like to stick to certain days or times during the week, mostly what’s important to me is the frequency, and there are some weeks where I get to it another day than the one I initially planned for. To be fair, I can always scroll to a previous or future day to check off the completed item, but I feel like it would be much smoother to be able to check it off a bit more easily. Perhaps there could be an option for a routine menu of its own with frequency counters? For example, instead of specific days being marked, there are just 3 circles that you can check each weekly, biweekly, or monthly period regardless of the specific day you completed on. I still like the idea of specific days though! I would just the flexibility to be a more easy option.

Really great for projects and personal life

This app is really great for setting up different to do lists. I love the feature that shows you your progress with the monthly report overall a really good app that I will continue to use. The only reason I give 4 starts is that sometimes it’s not responsive. For instance when I’m rearranging my tasks, it doesn’t register that I’m dragging the task. Also this is a small UX thing, whenever I’m editing a task and I press the save button, I can’t tell if it saves or not. I know it does because I’ll drag the task down and see it, but it would be nice if after you pressed the save button if it closed the task itself

Good but not great

I really do love the aesthetic of this app and how easy it is to use! I like the little icons you can choose for your routine tasks as well. However, in regards to checking things off of the list it’s very slow. I sometime have to wait up to ten seconds to check the next item off of my list and I cannot even move the screen during that time. It also does not track data for your routine tasks you check off which is the bulk of my daily items. I’m annoyed because these problems did not arise until I purchased the app. I’m not sure how much longer I will use it if there are no updates to the things I mentioned.

First scheduling app that has helped me EVER

The agenda tabs are nothing short of a godsend. I’m a very “out of sight, out of mind” person attention-wise, and I’ve tried a million different organization/scheduling apps on iOS, and none of them have stuck for me. I’ve mourned over how many nicely designed apps I’ve tried have ultimately been useless up against how my brain works. NoteCircle is the first exception to this, and I will use it for as long as it exists and if it ever goes away as an app, I will recreate it on paper, it works that well for me. I LOVE the Routines and how they integrate into my daily To Do, and having a list feature is so incredibly helpful because keeping all of these things in one app is helpful for my mind which can scatter easily if I have to check across multiple apps for pertinent information.I just wish I could add new list items from a handy button at the top of the list, not an ever-present text input field at the bottom of the list. It would be nice if the button could create a small text field at the top of the list to then fill in with the new list-item.

Finally find the scheduler I want

I really the event tab page! Bought the membership just now! However, I have some suggestions.1.I hope we can have more choices of icons to choose, like simple color, line, emoji and etc. And it will be helpful to have two text boxes, such as one for title and one for details where we could put note or places the event will happen.2. There is no easy way to delete the event. If we could delete the event in one place instead of click into every event and click delete button like, would be much better. For example, swiping in Apple alarm clocks will delete the alarm easily.3. The UI is not very clear when I want to sync up my events from iCalendar to this app. I don’t know what the button in the right top corner for at first.

I really like this but wish they would make one tweak.

I’ve been using this app since I downloaded it a few weeks ago, and I really like it. There’s just one thing I wish it would do. When creating a checklist, I type out an item and hit “done”. Then my keyboard disappears. I wish it would automatically go to the next line in the checklist, so I can enter the next item on the list. Instead, every time I have to hit “done”, then go click on the box in the checklist in order to bring the keyboard back up and start typing the new entry. It just seems like adding a lot of extra steps when I have to make a checklist with a lot of items (like a packing list.)

Makes life so much easier

This app is great! There are several features that it has that I really appreciate. One of them is that it doesn’t delete completed tasks - it just crosses them out. A lot of apps delete them instead, and I prefer this so that I can look at what I’ve finished and feel proud of myself. This app also allows you to swipe between days and set routine tasks (great for gym reminders, meal prepping, etc.). Not to mention that the UI is gorgeous, colorful, and fun. I took off a star because the app doesn’t let you set biweekly tasks and because the app limits the number of tasks you can set without paying. I have a lot of biweekly meetings and such that I’d love to include on here! Great otherwise.

The ideal planner for the ADHD user

I love using physical planners. The tactile experience of jotting something down and crossing it off is ideal for me. But these days I find that I often don’t have handy when I need it and to be honest my attention disorder means that I misplace it constantly. In the past I have struggled to make use of apple calendar and google calendar because they are not aesthetically pleasing. But NoteCircle is lovely to use! It’s great for mapping out reminders for my day, I love the list section which I keep handy for lists I will return to over and over (grocery lists and work out routines). The best part is that you still get the tactile joy of crossing something off the list. I’m a little addicted to it. My only wish would be for the developers to add more icons/pictures to choose from!
