The current update is soooo stupid!!! I hate it !!!

Your current update is annoying and ugly ,,,!! Please fix it and make it more simple like before ... besides that the feature of flashlight is missing which is the most important feature that is needed for a night scanning, because of no flashlight the scanning takes more longer to Catch something in darkness... 🙄

Not right

It is not right for MobileTek to be able to use your location anywhere and anytime they feel like they can the only time you should be allowed to track me is when I’m using MobileTek not when I’m on my own time it’s nobody’s business but my own where I go who I see and where I’ve been that is called evasion of privacy so don’t use it if you don’t want them to track you everywhere you go

It works for the most part

The app is good. I would like it a lot more if the app made your route for you according to next closest stop. Hitting next stop just brings you to the next stop not meaning the next closest. The app could be great.

They need to fix things

The battery while MobileTek tracking is on will be depleted within four-five hours. But this is normal for any app; I keep location Services off with most all apps. Enter any building which disconnects cellular and after exiting the building the MobileTek app won’t reconnect on its own. I have to turn it off and then after MobileTek reboots connection engages and dispatch confirmations are sent. Early this morning and our company computers cannot connect with the MobileTek server. Neither I nor any dispatchers can send and receive dispatches until a call is made to MobileTek personnel for resolve. Nice user interface that is constantly asking for confirmation of too many requests I engage. Too many number of taps and yes/no type questions to move through every dispatch. Scanning doesn’t function. But it does what the company wants every day, and so it goes.

Not updating while on at&t network.

It is not updating data when we are in the cellular data. It needs Wifi to synchronize data. This happened only after the recent update. Please fix this as soon as possible. I am using at&t network. All other apps are working fine

Loses all my scans

I scan everything I need to then I scan everything right back out to deliver and it loses all the scans and says it’s been changed remotely causing me to have to rescan every all over again and also closing one stop made it close out 7 other stops without scanning pls fix this ASAP I use this for work

The updated version

This app is horrible now. Took the light for camera away which makes scanning in not very lit facilities impossible. Every scan now requires us to pick a signature type. After every scan there’s a chime to verify next stop. A bunch of extra steps that are a complete waste of time not to mention annoying to me and the people who have to sign

Good, but could be better

One of the better apps for couriers. It will definitely deplete your battery, though. What would really make it much more user friendly is if we could manually reorder our “open orders”.

Set up through a company I work for and works great!

A company I work for had me download this app for work scheduling/ documenting deliveries/ trips times/ maps/ mileage/ clocking hours to get paid/ etc. Works great! Training was provided, and that went well. So far, so good!
