Finally jobs here in San Diego

I was about to uninstall the app and started get jobs. I like Frayt because I can deliver more than order. I wish there were jobs in the area we deliver too. Also in the app after you arrived I wish could take the picture first and than sign. Easier......

Stay away from this app

The sign up process is trashed. There is background fee, and a guy name Jesus L keep sending e-mail and texting you to ask for your Social security card Picture so they can run a background check even though you gave them your social security number. This people look like they are selling people information. This app looks suspicious to me.

Credit card information?

You need my credit card information to see if I’m eligible to work for an app? There’s tons of delivery apps, none of them ask for my credit card to charge me. The drivers should know before giving a credit card number, if their area is available and if it’s already saturated with drivers…Stars come when questions are answered..

Could have been a beautiful app

I started using the app in January. Now it’s March and I can count on my hands how many matches I have completed in that time span. Accept a match, drive to the pickup location only to be told the order was already taken. I’ve had multiple orders at the same time at one location cancelled. This also occurs at locations around the city. They are definitely aware of this issue thanx to me, it’s just not being addressed. You could make good money if it weren’t for all the ”phantom“ orders. The only good thing is they still pay half the fare for you driving to the pickup. Also, they state that you have 59 minutes to deliver, but if you have multiple matches one of them will be cancelled before the time limit. I’m not telling anyone what to do, I’m telling you how it is.

Great App in my opinion.

I’ve been with Frayt for almost half year. I personally think this company is great to work with. The app could sometimes be glitchy if you know how to navigate it correctly though. Other than that I like Frayt. I do have to say their isn’t much demand with Frayt in my market place, but when when I do see an order release I would snatch it right away as their pay is always decent. Unlike other last mile delivery app Frayt’s customers service is right there when you need by touch of a button. Overall, I really would give this company a 10/10 just hope that they would be more frequent with orders if that would be the case this company would be my priority for last mile delivery as a driver :)

TMI

There’s a lot of required info upfront and you have to pay for your own background check. I’m sure the team is behind this company can do better with the processing. You should never have to pay for your own job, that’s ridiculous. I suggest trying out the software on some of these other delivery apps and take tips from them. IMO try out Uber Eats or something legit and similar. They do a great job with how they process and deal with their employees/drivers. Not Doordash though, the app and support is below mediocre.

Unprofessional rookies

Rating system in the app works incorrectly. After delivering and picking up in time gave me a low rating as if I was not on time. I asked support to fix it - they said it has some errors and they can’t fix it manually. I asked what it is used for? Apparently it is useless. Support takes long times to answer (30+ minutes) . Payment goes through a third party app and if you want to get paid the same day you will have to pay a fee!!! Pathetic and unprofessional. Frayt - you are liars and IT+marketing oriented, not drivers focused and have never been in logistics business. Seems like your app was made by an IT student pumped with marketing money and here you are, hello :) I say goodbye to you and don’t recommend anyone who respects themselves use it.

Cool app

Jobs vary from week to week. One week there are lots of jobs and the next the job are a few a day. Pay is on time. You complete a job. Then most times your payed the next day. Support could be a little slow responding, but once they respond, everything is handled accordingly.

Payout issues

Carried first load for Frayt yesterday. The rate was really good for a pickup load. Got the load picked up and delivered no problem. Frayt stayed payment policy is EVERY business day. When I texted one of them, I was told payments were once a week. I reminded them of their stated policy. They told me to contact support. So very unprofessional if they will not abide by their stated policy. To attract and retain good driver/contractors they will need to be accurate and timely with the payouts. All the DOT numbered brokers manage to payout within 24 hours. Frayt is offering the same services under DOT radar. Driver/contractors need to be paid in timely manner in order to keep rolling. Pickup and delivery in same day, must be paid within 24 hours as well

Just right!

Frayt is just right for when I want to drive. Even on the weekends, you can hop in your vehicle and make some money. Great app with lots of support if I need it. I highly recommend any driver who wants to add another income stream to get on with Frayt!
