I’m disappointed

I saw this game and it looked interesting so I got it and it was AMAZING it was all so amazing and interesting and creepy and I was really thinking g the killer is her mom idk why I just had a feeling but it was great and realistic and SCARY but the game said it was “free” but I wasn’t even that far in the game and they made me pay 2.99 to play the rest?!?! Why is it under free games if you have to pay to do it? I read a review with the same problem and it says “Some people bought it but it didn’t even work”. Developers of Erica, you need to take away the pay to finish or not put it under free games because I was so excited and happy I found a mystery horror game that suits my expectations then it made me pay. Thanks a lot 😑I’m only giving it a two star because the game graphics were great it was realistic scary and interesting but making us pay was a idiotic move 👎🏼

ERICA - Interactive Thriller the mega failure

This game is not lacking in vision. For all it’s ambition it ultimately fails not in part to its choice based gameplay but being solely to the fact that this game must be connected to the internet in order for play. The fact that they thought this was a good idea shows lack of for site and worse still it affects the storytelling by causing lag and voices to be completely out of sync from dialog. It’s only 2.99 but even still they don’t even do you the courtesy of letting you properly own it on mobile for your hard earned money. If you take the time to read there legal link attachment they even go as far as telling you they are literally spying on you. Collecting your mobile IP as well as phone type. This game is ultimate not worth it because your not respected enough to own what you pay for. I am not impressed and will be getting a refund. One way or another…

It’s like a movie!

This is by far the best game I’ve ever played and seen! I love it and I can’t stop playing. The graphics are incredible and the way it was put together is just chefs kiss.Here is a little note.Let’s say that many people are mad because they have to pay. Well I’m aware it’s frustrating but it’s not about the purchase but instead the emotions, design, and the quality. For how amazingly well the game was it would have taken a long time to make, therefore the game would have a cost in order to pay for the equipment necessary for the making of the game…or at least most but never mind that. Though I do agree that maybe the game could’ve had a cost to it there was a reason for it not to. Have you ever bought a game and realized it wasn’t that good? If so than it was a waste of money, unlike the game here. The game had a free beginning to sort of grab attention and show you what it’s like before you buy it. This should sum up a lot of negative reviews

This was cool! Till I had to pay..

This is a really cool game! At parts though I didn’t even know I was playing and made choices I didn’t know I was making. I love the style of it but I hate how it asked me to pay to play the whole game. It’s kinda stupid to have it there. It’s not the fact that I would have to pay, it’s the fact I thought it was free. There was nothing indicating that it wasn’t. Most games that let you play the first chapter and download it say that you have to pay to continue. I really think it would have been better to have a demo version and then a priced full version. And it was also barely a demo. Barely enough to get me interested enough to buy it.. other than that it was pretty cool!

100% FIVE STAR!!

OMG!! THIS IS AMAZING!! I played the beginning and was truly connected with the story, so when it asked me to buy the full game for just $2.99, I DIDN’T HESITATE ONCE!! I haven’t finished the game yet but I don’t think I want to! I just want this story to go one forever. This game has the makings and film works of a worldwide horror series. So if your reading this and are unsure about buying the full game, I would totally recommend you buy it! It won’t disappoint! Erica is waiting for you to help her on her long mysterious journey, filled with the wonders that live in the deepest darkest parts of your nightmares..

Well we’ll we’ll….the plot thickens!

Ok so I just downloaded this game yesterday. I was looking for another point and click game and came across this game in what is recommended for you…..1. Interactive Thriller!?! What!?2. It’s free to start playing the game! 3. Yes there is a cost if you want to continue to the next chapter but the first few minutes get you!4. It’s $2.99. Who cares!! Especially when you can replay this game over and over and have different outcomes every time! 5. Wow. So much better than a point and click. You actually get to do the motion of objects or challenges that you face. Opening, closing, spinning, shirt buttons. It’s freakin cool. I downloaded it on my iPad and iPhone and I’m going to play a different version on each one. Lol. The point of all this is get it. If you like point click puzzle games or mystery games. You will love this. It’s a freakin movie you control.

A disappointment of a game

(Ok this is just an edit on my last review in may 30th) great game love the gameplay no ads got me hooked onto this amazing game so far JUST in till it says: “pay to play the rest of the game” why put it under free if you have to pay like no point if I have to pay 2.99 for a dumb game listed under fReE don’t play this stupid dumb pay to play the rest of a disappointment of a game like this like at least put it in the start of this stupid game like THANKS a lot for getting me hooked on this game just to be disappointed like bro who would do that (some people did pay for it and said that it would not load and stuff) and don’t say: BuT ThEy PuT It In ThE DEsCrIpT- idc nobody even reads the description in the first place either put it under free and make the whole game free or put it under payed games like you are a disgusting for ever getting me and others hooked JUST to pay and even if we ever pay for it that won’t even load and stuff you are a stupid disgusting dumb pay to play lying little greedy disappointment of a interactive game.

great, but not so great.

I had such a thrilling time watching this story. I felt like i was actually in a movie. Until the “pay to watch the full thing” showed up. I don’t believe it’s fair that others have to pay for something that’s only temporary. We’re not going to continually watch this over and over, so I don’t believe you should have to pay. Yes, I understand you need some way to make money, but that’s what ads are for. Not during the film but maybe at the top or bottom. If your going to create a game that people must pay for, please just make the game money on the app-store instead of it popping up a quarter of the way through. It’s very upsetting after getting into the backstory. With all respect, thankyou.

It is spellbinding!

This is an immersive rich gaming experience. The first time I played, it was the freebie and I was hooked. The actors are excellent and the sets and special effects are top-notch. The graphics are beautiful and I love the way I get to interact with Erica as she winds through the mystery. I can’t stop playing! The first complete run- through took me about 45 minutes. I went back and completely changed how I interacted and the movie extended to 1-2 hours. I earned quite a few badges that time. I highly recommend this game for anyone who loves a good mystery!!

AMAZING, but takes some patience.

I was hooked the first time I clicked that lighter! I’m about 30 minutes into the game (after I paid a minimal $3) and the cleverl editing is amazing! When you open a box, the scene flawlessly changes to Erica opening the box. These are actors, not cgi. The story line and acting are well done. The entire game is well done. But (does there always have too be a but?), I feel like at least a third of the time is spent on close ups of Erica’s facial expressions, making the story unnatural. She also walks at such a snail’s pace that I find myself telling her to get the lead out. Even with the slow physical pace I give this five stars. Of all of the thousands of games I’ve played, and all of the thousands of dollars I’ve spent, this type of gameplay is a first for me and I’d gladly pay double the price fora sequel.
