Navigations doesn’t work

This is a great app witout a doubt..and the price is very good compare to other alternatives...but I have an issue with this app...I use it for sculpting in blender but the navigations such as zooming ,panning and rotating doesn’t work at all...even in apps like affinity photo it doesn’t works sometimes...this is a crucial feature that I hope you pay attention to it in the future updates...Thank you

Can’t seem to connect

I wanted to love this, but it just didn’t work out for me. I like how responsive everything was, but my connection from my iPad to PC by cable keeps disconnecting every so often and does not let me connect wirelessly. I have no problems with my cables and also tried to reinstall applications and yet I am not quite sure what’s causing it or if this is a free trial con. I would like to purchase it, but I want to be sure that it will work.

Works great just a little bit laggy

Easy canvas works just as good as Astropad for less than half the price. A little laggy but still works great!

External monitor update made this better

I’m not sure when this feature was added, but being able to use the iPad as a separate wireless monitor is really cool.I’ve docked one star off this review because although drawing feels perfect in Drawpile, other programs that I’ve used (Clip Studio Paint and FireAlpaca) have this issue where the beginnings of line strokes get stuck and become straight.I contacted support about this a while ago and they said it was a limitation of this app, and I was unsure how to feel about that response when it doesn’t happen with all of my programs. Also, I have flicks and tap & hold right-click disabled in Windows, so I know it’s not that.

So far a miracle

So far , this revolutionalized my use of my ipad. I really was on the verge of buying a cintiq or a display table for myself, but this app saved me tons of money! It is true that even though the Pro version allows for wireless connection, it is still better to connect the ipad through the connector. I also don’t like how I can’t see the cursor size unless the apple pencil touches the screen but it is only a minor inconvinience compared to all the features that Easy canvase pro gave me

Pro version only connected the first time I bought it, but has failed ever since

Pro version worked wirelessly on initial setup, but has failed to connect wirelessly ever again...I have reinstalled and uninstalled it several times to no avail...I need help or I’m paying for wireless, but only use it when connected with a USB?...day 7 of 14 day free trial and the wireless connection only worked for like 6 hrs out of those days, but like 3 hours on day one and three hours on day two…sent in log files, have not heard back,so,seems to be very unreliable.

Please help! Can’t connect

I have tried to connect via cable and WiFi and it just won’t connect no matter what I do. I have sent logs to tech support last week but never got any response. My trial ends in a few days and as much as I would like to pay for the subscription, if it doesn’t work there is no point. I have not been able to connect once since the beginning of the trial. I’d even be happy to pay if I could just get a connection through a cable. Hey support! Any help? Can we trouble shoot this please?

Update messed it up

I very much enjoy Easy Canvas Pro for my computer work, but this latest update has a severe lagging problem. Every few seconds it freezes on me, which isn’t conducive to animation. It gets bad enough that I can’t use the app at all. Hope this gets fixed soon!

No Bluetooth keyboard support?

After figuring out the rest of the graphical quirks I am annoyed to discover that my Bluetooth keyboard does not pass anything through to the PC. I use a boatload (over 50 combos) of keyboard shortcuts and this is mildly infuriating. Not sure if this is just me or a limitation of the app. My keyboard works fine on everything on the iPad but this app.

Used to be the best app out there (not anymore)

I have been using this extensively for months and loved it. Now, it longer allows you to extend the PC screen. The last update made a change edit and now only mirrors the PC screen, compressing the image to about 2/3 of the iPad screen. This makes it functionally unusable. I looked at the FAQ, but it mentions nothing about this problem. The contact form requires submission of a log file from both PC and iPad, but they provide no instructions on how to do so. Will need to cancel the subscription and find another tool.
