Barely useful for installation
Anytime I use the app to look what services are open, is inaccurate most of the shops are closed. Some of the places on that show on app are closed permanently on post. Seems like the app is barely updated at all and barely pertains to the installations. Most of the information you can find is just for the PX and what sales they have going on. Any time I wanted or needed to see any updates for my installation I get no answers.
Can't even login
I'm sure this would would be a great app but you can't even log in. After entering your credentials it says they are invalid. If you hit forgot password the screen goes blank and if you hit create account you are able to input the info hit submit and it goes blank. The “support app” links you to the exchange page not actual support or trouble shoot. My phone is up to date, app is up to date. I've turned the phone off and on and uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well.
It’s just OK
This app is good if you want to basic things such as shop online at the PX, look up phone numbers, or not get info on gate opening times — but not much else.It would be more helpful if it had direct links to real-time status of the DEERS/ID card system, appointments (medical, dental, ID cards, in/out processing, etc.), and updates on the many road closures due to construction.Highly recommend making it more functional.

Nice to have all this installation info in an app now. I will say, Account creation is kind of clunky on this app, because the password fields on iOS will not let me copy generated passwords from my favorite security apps. So setting a password was quite a pain. Just a small fix I’d like to put on the table, but please keep it up guys!
Love the App, but…
Lately I’ve been having a problem with looking at items. I scroll thru and then I see no pictures, just info on the item. Then, when I try to look at something else I get a message “Access Denied”. Then I log out, log back in and eventually the same thing. Also, lately I’ll purchase something (it states in stock, or it wouldn’t be there) and then as the order is being fulfilled it’s cancelled due to out of stock. The items this occurs on are Coach or Michael Kors purses. Once, I can understand but three times in as many months? Lastly, why isn’t an item taken off when it’s “out of stock”? It’s a pain to click on something just to find out it’s zero availability.
Won’t log in
I have an active account I’ve been using by regular internet and decided to get and use the phone APP. But no matter what I do. It says the information I enter is wrong. But I can log in by using the phone’s safari browser. Im not sure what I'm doing wrong. Or it doesn’t recognize me as a active user for some odd reason. Gave up on the app.
Just use the website
The old app was clunky, but his new one has too many pointless things added. I like ordering things from online from AAFES and I was hoping for a smoother shopping experience, but it feel like you just using the app to go to the website, instead of having a app based site. I do not know I just deleted and went back to opening the site on my web browser. And there are no Air Force bases only army, I am army on a Air base I want that info.
Extremely glitchy and slow
I haven’t been able to view my cart in the Exchange tab of this app. This has been going on for almost a week. It also took countless tries for me to link my ShopMyExchange account to the app. It kept telling me over and over that there was an error and it “timed out.” My internet connection is great, but this app is so slow that I hardly use it.I tried using it recently for a coupon that was advertised via the app, and literally haven’t been able to view my cart since. No one has resolved my issue and I’ve already reached out multiple times. The coupon is now expired, so that was a waste of time.The concept is great, but the execution is awful!
Garrison social media pages
I wish the Army would added a link/button to their official social media site along with a link to the post paper. My post uses their official Facebook site to give information for weather delays. It would be great if I could reach it through this garrison app. Like the daily deals especially the food items - great for lunch.Is Aafes going to add their flyers to this app. Army can you ask them to do that

I have been using this app for one week and I find it very resourceful. The events are present and are constantly updated for the most recent relevant information. There are some areas that could use some adjustments such as re entering your password as well as notification of updates
