Super quick and very responsive
Ordering on the Denny’s app Hass to be one of the easiest things that you can do nowadays it literally took me less than 10 minutes to find what I wanted to eat The layout of the app in general just makes ordering on it such an easy process if you like Denny’s you should definitely download the app
Pick up orders
Don’t recommend you to order extra items on the side to go because they will never give it to you They always forget to add extra items that You pay for They even hate that you are going through the order in front of them you are they always wish you need to leave
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
Waste of time!!! Don't download!!! I'm sure they spent plenty of money updating this app, and it looks great with the new updates. Too bad it doesn't work. No matter which Dennys location I choose or what payment method I try I get a message at checkout that says they're "unable to take my order at this time". They've got this whole new rewards section that customers are unable to take advantage of as customers are unable to place orders on the app. They updated the app and took all the convenience of using it away. Don’t waste your time.
Denny’s
Are used to come in and order from Denny’s and the restaurant and then the COVID-19 shut all the restaurants down. I lost my car and all I have left is my home my trailer. It used to be that Denny’s had free delivery but now they charge not a whole lot but they do charge but when you’re on a very low income it’s tough they have to pay a double fee for delivery fee to the restaurant and then a fee to the driver.I would like to give more than 15% but I can’t afford it usually I gift him and I’ve gone up because they’ve gotten better. But I ordered the cheapest thing on the menu that I can find that will give me a good value for my money
Horrible app!!
Don’t waist your time or effort! I signed up while sitting in the restaurant. Every time I clicked rewards it sent me to Safari to login to the website. I would log in and it would go to the order page. I’d hit rewards again and it opened a new page for me to login again. On the app, I clicked rewards history and 4 came up as expiring the day I signed up. We took that to the register when we were paying and they didn’t even know what to do with it. Needless to say we weren’t allowed to redeem anything. Staff kept asking if there was a barcode for them to scan. They had no idea how the app worked when we told them of the issues. They couldn’t even tell us where to go to attempt to find a barcode. We clicked everywhere and nothing was working.
Amazing app for a family like mine
With the craziness of my life, being a full-time nursing student and full-time mom, I have used the Denny’s app on many occasions to get me out of a jam when I just didn’t have enough time to cook for my family. The streamlined ordering and the ease of re-ordering previous orders is really what has helped me. I recommend this app 100%.
Denny’s is impressively SOLID
I have loved Denny’s for years. From my years in high school for sure. It’s one of the only places I can go any time of day and get what I want! The great part for me is I can get breakfast for dinner and vice versa. I also love that I know I can get what I want there without any fuss. It’s solid on my list of places to go late night and early morning.
Free delivery?
I’ve always loved the food at Dennys, but the costumer service needs overhauled at almost every location. The last time I ordered delivery, not only did they mess up the food order, but refused to take responsibility for it, and blamed the delivery service in which they use. And would do nothing to correct or compensate for the mistake. And claimed free delivery, but as always in life, NOTHING is free, and if it sounds too good to be true, it ALWAYS is! Hopefully the order I just put in is correct. 🤞🏻

I absolutely love the Denny’s App! My schedule is getting really busy right now between the holidays and getting everything wrapped up for the end of the year. I always have a long list of things to do, and sometimes preparing and making a meal can become a bit of a large task in my day. I downloaded the Denny’s on demand app on my phone and I ordered dinner and had it delivered straight to my doorstep. The process for creating an account was simple and the delivery process is always on point. The Streamlined Ordering Experience makes for a quick and seamless ordering and check-out experience. I received text messages from Denny’s app while my food was being delivered updating me on the estimated time of delivery for my food. The food was amazing and I had absolutely no complaints.
Glitch in your app!
If you order from recent orders and something in that order order is not available after 10PM. There is no way to delete that item. All my recent orders had something that you couldn’t order after 10 PM. You can not delete it. There is no pluse or negative next to it to get rid of it it’s stuck in you cart till it’s available again. So you can’t order anything. Closing out the app doesn’t clear your cart. The only thing the app would let me do is change recent orders. But all my recent order had something I could not order after 10 PM. I could delete the items I can order but not the the ones I can’t order. So they are stuck in my cart till a time when I can order them again. The app won’t let you put an order in when there is something in your cart that is not available.
