Sound not working

My daughter loves this app but the sound does not work. I tried restarting the app and the iPad and it still doesn’t work. I emailed pbs kids but have not gotten a response. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Highly Engaging & Educational

My wife and I always joke about how Daniel Tiger has helped raise our children. This app (and the other Daniel apps) are the only times I feel comfortable with my kids having too much "screen time". I have a 5yo son and 2yo daughter, and they're both highly engaged when they're exploring the land of make believe. I love how everything is interactive and the imagination that went into creating these apps. You can tell that the legacy of Fred Rogers has lived on through his foundation... he used to say that children should only be exposed to television if they were somehow learning from what they were watching. These apps do exactly that.

No sound

I have tried everything to get the sound to work but no luck. I tried troubleshooting, no luck. I see there were updates to fix this exact issue but seems like mine doesn’t work. It just bothers me that you have to pay for an app that doesn’t work.

We love this app!

It's easy enough for an 18 month to old to play but stays challenging as your child grows and starts appreciating new parts of the app. It helps reinforce things like brushing your teeth and taking a bath. My daughter loves dressing Daniel and putting on his shoes. My favorite part is that it includes the good night Daniel song. We've never had any errors.

One thing missing

My daughter loves the easy to use but very entertaining app for short car rides or waiting rooms, etc but has requested that Daniel have a short animation or interaction after making his pancake breakfast. She is always upset that “he never gets to eat it”. Thank you.

Volume doesn’t work

Really bummed I paid $3 for this game for my daughter who is obsessed with Daniel Tiger and the volume doesn’t work! I’ve tried everything you can do, which isn’t much, and it won’t work. Wish the app had been free but charging for it and then no way to get in touch with anyone to fix it is very disappointing.

Great!...if it actually worked.

Do not spend money on this game. Loaded with bugs. Crashes when trying to execute several types of actions. No support for this game for almost a year. If it was free I wouldn't care as much, but they are charging you for a lemon of a game. Shameful. Fix this and stop ripping off little kids.

Not enough

My 2 1/2 year old loves DT. When I saw this app I got pretty excited to download it and let him play with it. The game is a great concept, however he completed all the tasks in about 10 minutes. Now there’s no reason to go back to the app. Pretty big waste of $3.
