I gave it one star but I’d like that star back. This app doesn’t actually let you access a bike. I still had to use the kiosk, and it doesn’t tell you that you can only rent a non-electric bike. Not a big deal but one more frustration among many others while you’re trying to just get on a bike. It also doesn’t even have a tab for seeing what has been charged on your account, so you don’t know if the three attempts you made were all separately charged or not. It’s really bewildering a company the size of Lyft allowed this out for the public to use - I’m happy using Uber or Lyft, but after this I would hate to rely on their app working when I need a ride. Whoever developed this for Lyft or Divvy needs to experience the end user side of it themselves. It’s an utter fail.
This site is not the site for DIVVY bike rental it takes you to another site and charges for a subscription to watch movies & listen to music?
Just awful. Terrible interface, slow to use, just the worst.
City of Chicago shouldn't be allowing ads and spam in the application. Bad application, try again
This is NOT the official Divvy Bikes App! Look again. Read carefully before you download.
Divvy greatly improved my Chicago experience. Chicago traffic was much more accommodating than I anticipated and ultimately was very safe and reliable.
App is hard to use and the barcode doesn’t take you to a place to rent it
Can’t get to start button due to adds and ain’t paying 1.89 to do it!
Worst ever
All the bikes were locked up. We tried the Lyft app, the divvy app, the kiosk, and even called the divvy team for help!! To no avail….no bike, no fun for our family of 4🙃
