GREAT APP

I was so impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 90,700 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,575 USD within a couple of weeks. But I didn’t realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of Ganesh Cyberhackexpert7 At gmailcom . So I file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within few hours ,I feel indebted to him. Best BCH/BTC Wallet

I’ll try to keep this short and simple. This is the best wallet in my opinion to use when it comes down to securing your Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, or Bitcoin. Your wallet is never shared to the developers and you ultimately remain in control of your money. If the developers ever read this, thank you for what you do. Keep providing documentation to new users to avoid bad reviews (it’s not your fault for the bad reviews, people just don’t backup their keys). THE MOST RELIABLE CRYPTO APP

Today Bitcoin is more than just an asset, Bitcoin has been 100x better investment than anything else in the past 10 years, you can Google it yourself. Bitcoin is both a currency and technology, and only few people understand how to maximize profits and huge returns in short period of time. Logged Me Out

For some reason I went to look at my wallet and I was asked to sign in as if I just opened the app. I didn’t. I’ve had it for a month however after I was logged off of the app I signed back in and all my bitcoins where gone. And now the wallet it gave me is not my original one. I go to my original email and look at the CASH in my Bitcoin wallet and it’s there but all the bitcoins are gone. How does this even happen??? Try Coinbase if your going to use bitcoin. You can even cash them out into your bank account instantly if your in the USA. This app here won’t allow you to cash out you bitcoin into cash like Coinbase will. I’m trying to completely close my Bitcoin profile because my atm card info is on there and I can’t get into my original wallet. I dislike this app.

This Wallet is Amazing

This is simply turning out to be my “go to” wallet when saving or transferring huge funds! Every transaction happens flawlessly thanks to the simple design! But there is still MUCH room for improvement!1- There is a bug that somehow still isn’t fixed. This bug makes the bottom UI disappear so I have to close my application and relaunch it every time to make it go away. 2- It would be great if you made the bitcoin purchases simpler. I feel like I have to go through soooooo many verifications and steps just to buy bitcoin(I get that it’s for security reasons, but it would be great if you tried to find any room for improvement to make it an easier and better purchase experience).

There is racism

I used this app two years ago and bought some coins without any problems. Now I tried to buy more coins, I did everything right but they keep declining my transactions. I emailed them ( Moon customer service or whatever they are called) and I got this message “ We are writing to inform you that we are unable to accept your transaction in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Please reference section eight should you have additional questions in this update to your account.” I think they are racist and they don’t want to provide services to people coming from this country. Hello you are not doing this for free. But it’s ok I already found alternative and won’t need this app no more except to transfer the coins I bought two years ago.

I am completely dumbfounded

I wanted to see is this would be a good wallet, so I decided to try it out. I am always looking to find the best wallet for me. So i use several depending on what I am doing will depend on which wallet I use. I decided to try this one out. I bought some bitcoin through them which was expensive won’t do that again. Then I sent the bitcoin right away. This was THREE DAYS AGO! And it’s still not confirmed on the block chain. I’ve never had it take this long out of the thousands of transactions I’ve done through many different wallets. My other wallet I am using I’ve sent probably 20 transactions today, all of them were confirmed in under 10 mins. I sent a lot of them to the same destination as this one. The others went through. This one going on day 4 now still says unconfirmed. The best part is, the transaction fee for my other wallet was less than half of this one. In reached out to customer service, they said the speed depends on the transaction fee, higher the fee faster the transaction. Well I paid twice what I normally pay and it’s been 3 days going on 4?!? They have got to be just pocketing the transaction fees, it’s the only thing that makes sense. I would never recommend this app to anyone.
