I enjoyed working with them as a tech Expert helping customers with troubleshooting their mobile devices. I held a 4.68 score out of 5 and 72 percent resolution rate after my account was abruptly TERMINATED. The income is good and hours are flexible. However, be wary of the escalation feature. I was given generic warning emails which didn't specify to use another assist function they have in cases where only a Sprint employee can verify. It's unfortunate nobody just told me to do so rather than the abrupt termination. READ: YOU WILL GET A LIGHT WARNING THEN BE DISMISSED. Learn from my MISTAKE and use the # assist function. Despite being able to be fired randomly with little recourse, (ice cold firing despite more than a year of service) great opportunity.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times as well as factory resetting my iPhone 12 running iOS 15.5 camera will not work. Please update. Camera is essential to job functionality.
Asurion come long way from its inconsistent service bench app. This app so much better. Only problem with this app is, most of the time they assigned you job which is opposite way from your home. They already have every employees home address, why not try to put the last job close to the employees house rather than opposite way? So, we have less drive after the last job. I’ve talk with other employee their last job is close to my house and where my last job is close to their house. It doesn’t have to everyday but they should try that method then less drive more happy employees!
The flow through has greatly improved since the beginning but there is still no true back button and it is still prone to random logging out issues. Also we still need number masking. And the questions on the job report are more ambiguous than before. Can be confusing for newcomers.
I keep running into issues with the account passcode not activating customers new SIM cards and therefore I’ve been providing shotty service to my customers by making a simple setup and activation take an additional 20-30 minutes.And another thing that’s unacceptable is that it’s always tracking my location. Even on my days off I’ll get the notification that it’s tracking me. I’m not one of those paranoid nuts, but you have to admit that’s sketchy that my employer always has acces to my location.
