I'm so happy that our Assa Abloy rep told me about this app. So far,so good. Very rarely do I have to call tech support about something, but this will make life a lot easier. This can be priceless!
It says enter a valid email address I gave it one but it thinks because it has a lot of characters that it’s not valid calling their customer service well was kind of like calling DMV explained to the person what the app wasn’t working and they kept asking or is it this app or is it that app no it’s this app it’s on your website and it doesn’t want to accept my email address can you assist oh you’ll have to contact emtek.com felt like saying well G didn’t I just do that thanks Emtek I’m trying to make my life easier and yours since I work with your product in the field🤦♂️
Great app, I use it daily. However, I'd like to see the developers address the following: When using the 'chat' feature (on iPhone) the chat ends if I open another app. If I toggle over to an email and back, the chat has been ended by me. I'd like the chats to remain active even if I hop over to another app momentarily to retrieve information.
