Keep Up With The Times!

Ever since I update to iOS 12, the app won’t let me log in. I tried contacting them directly and received no response. Think they could stay up-to-date with technology and update their app so it works with the new iOS. Might have to change alarm companies if they continue to use apps like this one.

Update crashed the app

This was a 5 Star app that made setting my buildings on test quick and easy. After the last update however I cannot login at all. Thinking it was user error I hopped on the web portal and logged in with no issues. I will gladly change back to 5 stars when the app is fixed.

New update

It is very annoying while troubleshooting to have to scroll so high up to refresh and see new signals.

Update problems

The app is helpful for our business, but with the new update we lost a really important feature. We used to be able to click on a persons address and the iPhone maps would load that address in for gps purposes. With the new update that was removed. That is my only major problem with the app.

App is working again

After the last update, boldnet was unusable. App was taken down from App Store. They updated it just today 01/23 and it is working again.

Ios 16.1 beta 3 login spiral

App logs in and works up through iOS 16.1 beta 2. App will NOT login on iOS 16.1 beta 3.***Correction*** I believe the app may be logging in on iOS 16.1 beta 3. But it does not advance to the customer search page after attempting to login with the correct user and password. Just a small swirl occurs in center of screen and then nothing else happens. The login page just stays. If you try logging in with incorrect login credentials, then the server returns an unauthorized attempt. But re-logging in with correct credentials just yields the swirl and then nothing else.

Needs help

I use this every day now for over a year and every day I wish there was a way to check history more than one day at a time. Really frustrating. Recent customer list could be longer than just 5, so you could scroll down the list. I don’t always know what account number I need and with the search I would like it to get back to the list searched and not reset to a fresh search. There could be settings for users to customize it to their liking. So much potential but it’s not coming around.

Seriously

EVERYONE that uses this app has the same concern. WHY can you only view history one day at a time?! Any field tech needs to be able to view activity past a day- and may possibly need to view over a week. (Comm fails, late-to-test, environmental conditions- like is the sunset or a guard flashlight activating alarm, etc). What is most shocking to me is that a highly technical company like Bradley Data that is in the SOFTWARE industry hasn’t fixed it! I’ve been using this app for over a year, and this is the only time I’ve said something about it, but EVERY SINGLE USER says the same thing. You can’t fix this minor issue and have the from/to dates selected with scroll wheels?? It’s unreal!!

Functionality loss after IOS update to 14.7.1

After IOS update map no longer launches when tapping on customers address and can no longer call a customer by tapping their phone number.

They took away the refresh button on the activity screen. I am now having to toggle out of activity screen and the back to get it refreshed. And the default is now a months of activity when I mostly use same day feature. Can’t make everyone happy. Oh Silly me! You pull down the screen to refresh it. Old dogs can learn new tricks if someone shows them.
