UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AND APP TO STATE YOU DONT DO ADVANCES ANYMORE.

Your website and your app is still saying you do, but you cannot sign up and when I called to see how to sign up I was told that you don’t. This is misleading and y’all need to tell the truth so folks aren’t wasting their time.

Don’t do it!

This app don’t work and it will keep asking for you to link bank account! Worst app ever! Also stay away from Dave and Albert! They will put a fake lone on you and keep asking you to pay it! Also say away from brigit as well! Remember about these cash advances! You been warned!

Scam—like all the other reviews said

The app collects all your personal information without providing the service it advertises. Now I keep getting spam financial relief emails all day long. I am going to have to close my email account because it’s flooded by spam from this app.

Functionality Broken

Upon initially downloading the app 5 minutes ago, I was directed to a “Sign In” screen which does not have a “Sign UP” method, so how am I supposed to at an account? Sure, I can contact support for assistance, but come on guys. This app should have remained in testing for longer before releasing it into productions, absolute garbage at this point and your killing whatever brand you’re trying to create before anyone even knows who you are.

Plaid connection issuse

Every time I go to get a advance it keeps saying uh oh we’re fixing a technical issue on our end and try back a little later and it’s everyday you need to fix the app because it’s very frustrating and I live in Virginia btw

A joke!

I was able to use the app for an Advance once, I repaid the advance was told I was eligible to receive another advance. Once I tried to accept the advance, I’ve been getting an error message. I’ve reached out to them several times and no one has responded! It’s a joke because they were able to go into my account and pull the money from it but no all of sudden I keep getting an error each time I try to accept another advance, and no one ever responds to messages!!!! ITS A JOKE 🤦🏽‍♀️

Promising

I have a mission lane credit card and my same login worked for logging into the app. However, I have yet to be able to take an advance because Plaid times out on linking my bank account. Now I have linked my bank account via Plaid on their credit card website and had no issues. Not sure what the problem is but if this is fixed and I can get an advance then it will be useful. Per the app you have 30 days to payback the advance which is a lot longer than others. It’s definitely promising if it will link my account properly.
