Before the pandemic, my life started going downhill constantly going through ups and downs, losses, trauma, and financial hardships. This app has came in handy. My grandmother passed away and was having a memorial up in Long Beach. I live in San Diego I had no money but $.30 to my name this app allowed me to go to the memorial for my grandmother. Just concerned now
Guys, be cautious with this. I’ve never heard of this app but came across it and stupid me foolishly applied since I am in desperate need to pay a $1200 vet bill. Anyways , gave a copy of my ID, bank info for two banks since it asked me for two, debit card and all of that to be told that they couldn’t give me anything right now. I have no overdrafts and steady income of $4800 in my account every month yet couldn’t even qualify for $50??? Secondly, never got a denial email…. I just hope this app deletes all information and I’m not screwed for identity theft. Hard to trust it

Helpful
Very helpful when you need an advance to help cover bills before payday. One thing I haven’t been able to find information on is if Quickbenjy reports to credit bureaus, like if they only report non payments or if they report on time paid-back advances. Would be great if they did not report the on time paid-back advances, as it won’t show multiple loans being opened.
Finicity doesn’t seem to work to connect account
I wish the platform used a different bank account verification company as finicity is never able to fully connect to my bank therefore cannot complete the verification to move forward 😔
App is not working at the moment
Don’t download right now . The app is undergoing changes and they said you can’t take out loan until future notice!! When the app was running it worked great tho
WAS great
Used it a number of times. Paid back just a few days ago, needed another advance, couldn’t login, kept getting error, 0091. Contacted support 3x - finally got a response - per them “they are updating their app and not doing advances for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.” A little notice would have been more appropriate… too bad. App was easy and fast to use. Hope they are back up and running soon.
Worst customer service
Does anyone know how to get a hold of developers , the app works to give advance I had gotten 1 and paid it off with prepaid card worked fine got another one this time used ach transfer to bank , been a whole week still pending payment the app has no way of canceling or use other payment option sent emails to the email address about 100x no replies they literally have no customer service , if your gonna use this app just know to pay back using prepaid or something don’t ever use transfer from bank because it’ll never go through
A joke
The idea is excellent, but the app is a joke. It will ask for verification of a bank account every time you log in and add a bank account; the worst thing is you can’t revoke your permission to share a bank account from your account; you will have to change the password to prevent them from accessing your account. The app couldn’t work beyond card verification, yet I got the message to apply on 11/16, and when I tried to delete the account, I couldn’t find any option to do that; I had to send a message to ask them to delete my information. No wonder the app is four years old and still unknown.
Customer Support
Has anyone been able to reach customer support? I know some people said that they are going to re release it but it looks like has been 8 months since the last app update. I sent a message to customer service twice and got no response.
