Ridiculous

Benny is ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!! Why break something that was working fine already!??!? The old arcade guy consistently bought the most expensive item and showed up multiple times per day. This was perfect because it rewarded active (paying!!) players!!!! BUT NOW….. the stupid fat guy only visit once a day and buys completely random trash!!!! THREE TIMES now he’s bought a green cleaver when I had way rarer expensive items on my shelves… I reached out to customer support & they said it was just back luck, but you’ve got to be kidding………. today I was waiting for my horde, meaning I had absolutely every single expensive item I own unlocked and out on display, BUT OFC BENNY REQUESTS A CHEAP GREEN KNIFE I DONT EVEN HAVE IN STOCK!!!!!!!! This was the last straw for me!!!!! If you want to keep Benny around then at least bring the old RELIABLE arcade guy back to reward active players…. then I will happily refuse Benny every time he decides to show up as he’s completely worthless, and I’d rather not get anything from him. The other changes in the update were nice, but Benny was a huge slap in the face to real players…. It’s been over 2 weeks now and I hate him more & more every day….

Great game - Lots of Potential

I’ve been playing for about a month now. I think the devs are doing a great job balancing to make it a fun game overall. The free to play progression is still at a good pace, the pay to play doesn’t make you a total god if you opt in, you’re able to get the vip currency in a LOT of different ways - so advancing in a way that’s similar to pay to win is accessible. There are also more ways that just that currency to replenish supplies and play a bit faster. Overall I think the balancing is great. I’m looking forward to more content giving the players more to do. I’m level 20, and I pretty much send out preppers, start crafting, play arcade, craft more, play arcade, and finish supply runs to repeat. More content to take up time is the biggest thing the game needs right now!

Love the game but

Their are several issues with the game. For one the upgrade costs with gold coins should be a lot lower than it is for furniture. Second issue is that when you expand the shop it does not give you as much room as the furniture you get. This can be solved by allowing people to cram shelves in a corner and locking them so they don’t get items on them. GLITCH a big problem is the talent tree. Putting any more than one into each one is a wast as a level 1 talent gives you the same thing as a level 7 talent. I am sure this is a mistake and will be fixed.Their is no easy way to contact the developers.

Not Horrible.

The game is pretty straight forward like most item shop games. There are no arbitrary ads unless you want higher rarity gear. That it is really appreciated. Alas, it has a couple of pitfalls that will easily ruin the experience however. The first one being the invasion mechanic. If you are playing solo or with a small group then you will likely fail most times. Even woke up and was forced to defend with 0 supplies do to it happening in the middle of the night. Fortunately the debuffs are not horrendous in the starting stages. The 2nd would be the arcade. You have to get through 16 rounds before you can get your winnings and if you fail at any point its all gone. To add to that most of the rewards really are not worth it especially if you keep spending gold to progress. At least you are not required to play it so you can avoid it.

A lot of Potential

I downloaded the game a few days ago and have played it pretty consistently. It’s great that you have freedom to lay the game whenever. If the developers continue to update the game I could see it rival even games such as shop Titans. However, my only issue is that the game seem to start getting a bit repetitive in the fact that I’m only getting new blueprints or sending my people to supply runs. I’m hoping that the dev team will add some features that have a combat system instead of the simulation based supply runs. But overall I’m exited to see how Zombie Shop progresses.

Perfect for intermittent play

I love the time ratios of this game. It doesnt require constant attention and yet can still be played all day. Items take seconds to minutes to craft. Longest item ive crafted yet is 15min. Shorted is 3 seconds. Progression is excellent, I havent felt stuck in the game yet. Im able to move along in levels quickly enough too (currently lvl 20). Cons are the lack of decorative features. I havent unlocked more shop decore since level 10ish. So unless I want to place 5 tv’s and 3 of the same chairs, theres no better way to increase my shop’s prestige. Guilds are ok. I wish there was more to do with them. I feel like the investments are cooky. If you switch guilds your buildings go back down in level? Its weird and I don’t understand why. It made me waste the $500k that I dumped into those buildings with my first guild. Only to have tk do it AGAIN with my second.I wish you could filter guilds better too. Im level 20 and want to be in a guild with my same level not 5’s and 10’s. I cant find any guilds that are like that because the recommended ones are only lower level.I wish the bounties were more balanced. Sometimes an easy bounty wants me to craft a tier 3 item 9 times and a hard bounty wants me to craft a tier 1 item 5 times. It needs to balance out. Overall this game has fantastic potential and I will continue to play it.

Play this!

I was really expecting this to be another bad mobile game but to my surprise it’s not. The game has a fun gameplay loop which keeps the player engaged while they play and has them constantly come back. Micro transactions are completely up to the player to get and are not forced or required to progress unlike most mobile games. I wish the game had more zombie defense mechanics other then the once a week zombie town defense but other then that this game is great and I think everyone should at least try it.

Love the game, suggestion to devs

I love this game! The only thing I would like to see is some first person shooting, or some sort of fighting where you are using the weapons, like a mini game or mini supply run that you go on yourself. I’d be happy even if it was limited at first to only a few basic missions I can play over and over again. Just want something else to keep me busy during long wait times for high level production items.Your game is awesome though and you should be proud!

Could be better

After a couple months playing the game it gets very repetitive, even though you’re unlocking new items to sell, it seems like you’re just in this loop of crafting and selling. I’m lvl. 18 in the game and it’s felt this way for a bit. I believe adding some type of zombie definitely or fighting that the players can take part in would be a great addition to the game. And maybe add a raid events for the clans to fight a horde of zombies or a boss zombie with our preppers, could be done with donating money or just from the dmg from our preppers. Very fun game but a lot more things could be done to make it feel less brain dead and more action, zombie apocalypse. Great work so far guys!

Game Breaking Glitch

I tried playing this game cuz it actually seemed interesting. I enjoyed Shop Titans and I love zombie themed games so I was really excited. I got to the point where you’re forced to make or join a guild and my excitement immediately ended however. Upon attempting to create a guild I am constantly told that the name I chose is already in use. Despite this fact, I can’t seem to find any guilds anywhere that I’m able to join. As it stands this game is completely unplayable. It disappoints me even more knowing that I bought the starter pack in my excitement for a zombie themed shop game. Now it just feels like I got scammed. Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is to make sure the review doesn’t get deleted.
